He can still turn us down tbf, although it is true i don't know why players like this want to join us in this scenario Because they're not all negative Nellies and worrying Wendys like a good part of this board is filled with.

I was initially delighted and excited at the prospect of signing a French international then now it may become a reality I am resorting to my learned behaviour of doubt, suspicion and feelings of anger that we haven't spent more. I will therefore be undermining him at every opportunity so that if he proves to be unsuccsessful I can rest easy that I knew all along. Arf.

Lee Ryder ‏@lee_ryder Arrival of Remy would provide #nufc with big boost but they still need a couple more in Never stops whinging at the club that lad. #unrealisticexpectations

As someone who knows very little about how good he is or the bloke himself bar what I've been told on here - how much money we 'spunk' on this player is exactly how I judge this transfer.

Tremendous from our lot. Welcome Loic! /if true, if true, if true, if true, if true, if true, if true, if true...
  9. Every suggested reason is made up until Colo and the club decide to release a statement. Maybe, if (fingers crossed) he stays, they'll never have to.
  10. What the actual fuck. On what planet is an obsession with living in London the same as being ill? FWIW if your cynical review of his wife's illness did turn out to be true, I would walk away from giving NUFC anything until Ashely went. It would be a revolution in low. Eh, what exactly are you blaming Ashley for here?
  11. Balls does he. His situation makes staying impossible.
  12. Is this real? I don't get it. Not one bit of it.
  13. I thought Colo had shrunk on the other picture.
  14. Yeah, that totally makes sense after giving him the new contract in the first place.
  15. This Colo bollocks will see the squad bind together. 1 or 2 players added, Debuchy and Hba terrorising left backs left right and centre, and the beast finally unleashed in Papiss up top will see us fine. 3.
  16. If Colo really wants to go and gets militant about it, then we we'll be unlikely to get anywhere near what we'd normally ask for him.
  17. My head may be a bit fuzzy today , but didn't you just question why people were talking about the financial side of a potential loss of Colo as the money side of it didn't affect the supporters?
  18. It makes a massive difference to the club. We only spend what we can generate. If we get nothing for Colo then it will make a huge difference to the team going forward.
