I can foresee potential problems for myself regarding future interaction with the box office, and I am sure there are others out there facing the same difficulties. If I have wanted to go to an away game - and I go to more away than at home, I have had to get somebody to phone for me, and I can be grateful that I have had friends and family willing to sit it out on hold for me. However, I have become independent since going to university, and although I was able to get friends to help me out while they were students like me, they are mostly now in full time jobs, so unable to help me during the day, which is the only time the box office is open. I'm facing some really difficult barriers at the moment with people expecting to use the phone, even though using the internet doesn't take up much more effort, and I know that these same barriers exist with the box office. Therefore it would be great if NUFC expanded its online ticket service to include away games.

I'd say ask the London supporters club what they think. Maybe also suggest advertising the increased allocation on .cock, so people know they have a better chance of getting tickets. I personally get put off some London games as I reckon I wont be able to get tickets and cant be bothered to go through the crappy box office phone service. The sooner .cock sells away tickets online the better in my point of view.

You dont see Manchester United standing still and blaming poor league positions on other clubs becoming better. Very soon, we will reach a convergence point where we will have played each team once. At that stage, if we are still behind our own inadequate performances from last season, we have to be worried.

Today, we are: P13, W5, D3, L5, F19, A21, GD-2 = 18 points After 13 games last season we were: P13, W2, D4, L7, F8, A15, GD-7 = 10 points. But comparing the 13 fixtures we've played this season to the results we got in those fixtures last season, which would create a league table of: P13, W6, D4, L3, F18, A13, GD5 = 22 points We have been doing worse in all departments apart from goalscoring, where we have scored a measly one goal more.

I suggested to you what you suggested to him, I don't see what being deaf has to do with any of this either. Because you accuse me of lacking effort, when the truth is that when engaged in verbal communications, I am putting in a hell of a lot of effort in going through my own translation process, and thus I feel entitled to ask others to do the same when they entering a place which has its own set language.

More effort? That can go both ways though can't it, he's learned a second language and I can read what he's trying to get across perfectly, maybe you need to make more of an effort. Being deaf, its enough of a daily struggle communicating with people in English thank you, so dont accuse me of lacking effort.
