Are any charges going to be brought against Tim Howard for being a liar I wonder?

on .cock http://www.nufc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10278~999315,00.html Good news.

I think we need one of those bonding weekends in some remote ex-army training site. NE5 and Mick would have to settle their differences if they want to beat HTT and Gemmill on a three-legged assault course.
-
To be honest, even if the player in question did tell you that, it is not necessarily fact, as I highly doubt the management would have deemed that fact as worth telling to the academy boys. At best, Roeder told Clark who told Given who told Harper who told Carr who told Duff who told Butt who told Sibierski who told Martins who told Emre who told Parker who told Dyer who told Bramble who told Huntington who told Edgar who told whoever your mate is. In which case truth will become distorted. Its like telling a mate that you kissed someone, soon someone will be saying that you got laid.

All young keepers make a mistake eventually. The real test is whether they can bounce back from it. I'm sure Tim Krul will find him in a similar position one day.
-
Typical that it had to be less than 36 hours after i'd announced that i'd flog off given if foster became available.

Got Hannemann and Campbell in my Fantasy Football, so hope so! I was speaking more in regard to our soon-to-be fantastical charge for Europe, masterminded by Glenn Brian Roeder. Dont really want another season of us getting a higher league position cos others are shite. Things like that encourage shepherd into making wrong and deluded decisions.

The referee has just scored for Sheffield United from 20 yards. Paul Robinson is a joke right?

The gothenburg shirt looks great.

Love the timing. And the fact that they've got Owen modelling it.

Alex Inglethorpe

Exactly. And i hope to fuck not one NUFC fan is giving it the "give Roeder time" shite that a number of idiots on this site gave when we had Souness. I actually believe that Souness was more likely to win a trophy than Roeder ever will be, although that was likely to come at the expense of poor league form.
-
We had lost the game before it started due to our motivation, and our mentality on how to approach the fixture. Bobby, Souness, Keegan, Gullit and Dalglish all possessed experience at winning these kind of ties as either a player or manager, while Bobby and Keegan would have definitely had them all motivated. Subsequently, I could see all of them getting the team playing much better than Roeder did last night.
-
What is there to actually look forward to? All season, our tactics have been all over the place, and we only win when a couple of our individuals have a good day. Michael Owen wont change things that much, for as long as we keep Roeder, we are only going to beat teams in the bottom half of the table.
-
No. Like Roeder, he doesn't know how to pick a good team.
-
Dont see how he's blaming Souness as only two of the players that featured were signed by Souness. Sounds more like he's blaming the chairman.
-
We should go for Van Gaal.

Duff deserves singling out. If I was manager, I would have announced on live television that I expected Duff to pay back the fans for not only their tickets, but also their travelling expenses. Hell, I'd probably even make Duff compensate them for having to even watch such dross. Martins on the other hand was completely unsupported by his team-mates, although I felt he could have pressed the opposition more last night, but it looked like he had been instructed not to.
-
Shay Given has to expend effort off the pitch making sure Taylor does what Given wants him to do.
-
I agree that Given should be either the last, or second last player to be blaming for our season, but he should still be blamed.
-
i want to keep Given, but get rid of Championshipplayers like Shambles, Babayaro etc, and get GOOD defenders in. Defenders is the obvious first logical step, but that would be last chance saloon for Given, he'd have to gel with his back four as a unit, and if he didn't, I'd have him sold.

We get £4m for a good UEFA Cup run iirc.
