1pt (watford away)

Right now, all I care about is the money Europe gives us. Not at all botherd about European football.

Trouble is, I think the Premiership is riddled with shit keepers (the British and Irish ones), and Shay is easily good enough to be better than them all, although Foster is now really coming through pretty well. In fact other shit keepers make Given look world class. We need to look abroad, there are good keepers out there who maybe aren't as good at shotstopping, but have a much better all round game.

Aye he does good stuff, but fact is, he is a prima donna. Football is a team game, and he never plays his part in the team, instead just living off his own individual moments of brilliance, which is why we'll never win anything while he is between the sticks. In my eyes, there is no difference between Shay Given and Laurent Robert. You must REALLY hate Babayaro, Carr, Bramble, Ameobi etc, then None frustrate me so much as Given though, he could be the best keeper in the world if he had the correct application in the game.

As far as I'm concerned, we had lost the game before kickoff. The players were not tactically or mentally prepared. Roeder had absolutely no clue as to how to approach the game, and there was not one plasyer on the pitch ready to stand up and be counted.
-
He definitely could have done better with the first.
-
Wenger, he knows about the league, and has had past success at transforming the whole structure one of the English dinosaurs.

Bluetooths broken and cant be bothred to get it fixed Lame excuse. What phone have you got? Sony Ericsson k700i I could take a picture with my digital camera, but one of my housemates is reading it, and I dont want to have to tell him that I'm taking a photo so I can stick it on a Newcastle forum. I'd never hear the end of it.

There was an article on the backpage which just came through my door, and I have done my duty for NUFC by messing a photo of him up with a felt tip.

Dave, is there any song your avatar doesn't dance in time with?

I'm feeling really nervous.

In the end of the day, does it matter?

Whoops, sorry.

http://www.football365.com/story/0,17033,8652_1978737,00.html In addition to that, subject to fitness, Milner and Taylor should both feature, Pearson will be manager, and former loanee Rossi is also expected to play. Will be a great experience for all four, and they deserve it for the hard work they put in this season.

How is Babayaro a first teamer "at a stretch"? Because he is our only fit left back, and it is a statistical fact that we get better results when playing him there than we do when playing a player out of position.

Fucking hell, I must sound like such a hypocite after my 27 reasons back in 2005.

If I didn't have so much work to do, I'd go to St. Mary's later just to hurl abuse at him.

Keane would never manage Newcastle. There is just too much antipathy between Newcastle fans/Shearer and Keane, and that is just as a player. It would be even worse now he has managed Sunderland. Remember that he has already had a go at us and Shearer once this season.
-
Also, how the fuck did Gabby Logan end up on the BBC? That leaves them with five football anchormen. Just doesn't make sense.
-
I dont get why everyone is calling them Plymouth. anyone who knows the club know that they only go by the name of Argyle.
-
A replay is bad for both teams, so i'll hope for a draw.

Well due to having a WBA fan in the family, I have seen enough of Davies to say that I would sell Taylor for less than what I would pay for Davies. I'm sure i'll get backup eventually, but the reality is that most fans are so focused on all things Newcastle that their football knowledge is limited.
