If we had Shearer and Owen i think we would be a lot higher. We haven't played bad in some games, but for all the possesion we've had we haven't done anything with the ball, and in some games we've missed far too many chances.

Formation isn't a problem. Confidence and selection is a problem which is down to Roeder. Ability is down to the players.

Biggest problem is no goalscorers.

It doesn't say a lot for you when you're the worst defender out of a backline which includes Babayaro. Fat, slow, useless, brainless waste of space. It makes me sick to think he will probably be in the player lounge with a wallet which is fatter than him in his pocket, tucking into a super sunday roast.

Souness actually had strikers fit though. No matter how shit our defence is still looking it still hasn't been leaking loads of goals in the last few games. A few years back if someone said to you we would concede a goal a game we would have been able to laugh at them because we knew we would score at least two ourselves. Now we can't even buy a goal. No matter who is manager now, i don't think anyone would be able to get them lot banging goals in because we simply haven't got goalscorers.

The only real positive out of that match for me was Taylor today. He looked much better today. Carr is a fuckin joke. I can't believe the was he let his man go from the free kick. Moore looked far too slow at times as well. Harper made a few good saves, Dyer looked lively when he came on. Emre was poor. Ameobi is clearly fucked.

We will not get anywhere with Butt in our team. If Butt is the only player who can play alongside Emre, then we should really be looking for a new partner for our captain. If Bayern really want Emre for more than we paid for him then let him go. He's a good player buy a luxury. Butt is very lucky he is still at the club.

Unbelievable that people think Butt is anywhere near as good as Parker. I can count the number of good games Butt has had for us on one hand. The people who criticize Parker week in week out despite him being our best player on the pitch more times than not, are gonna have to put up with it because he's gonna be here for a long time as long as we stay up.

It done my fuckin head in on Saturday when the chants were starting then some people started chanting Shearer's name. The mans a legend, and he deserves his name sung forever, but it was blatantly obvious them people singing it were singing it as a message as if we want him as our next manager. Why can't the clueless fuckers not realize that he's got no experience whatsoever when it comes to management and he might not even by management material? The last thing we need is him to take over Roeder and have him take us down. Imagine it, the rest of the country would love it. Thankfully i think he has more sense and he will continue what he is doing. He will be our manager one day, but when he takes over he either needs to be taking over from someone who has left him with a big squad and says go on son you've got the tools there. Either that or he needs to go elsewhere first and prove himself. The last thing he needs it have the responsibility of managing that shower of shite and trying to save us. I think he's pulled that lot out of the shite enough when he's been on the pitch. And the biggest thing of all is he still has mates in the changing room. Not a good idea.

I like Slaven. He likes to take the piss, but he always makes me laugh. Bugger knows how he gets away with some of the stuff he comes out with. He always twists things to make it sound dirty. Gatesy is ok. MacDonald seems a right twat though.

I see Solano and one of my all time favorite's now, rather than a current favorite. He's a hero that man.

Anyone think it might have been down to Roeder? I might be totally off the mark here but he will have known the stick Parker and Carr have took over the last couple of days. Maybe he's told Parker to stand back as he's just done his bit for the night by scoring and if Parker had stepped up and missed he would have got some shit for that. Carr was in the shit as well so maybe he's said to Carr "you take the 5th penalty and go and send us through to the next round", which would have done both Parker and Carr some good. Obviously Carr's didn't turn out to be our last penalty we took but you know what i mean. As i said i could be talking out of my arse here, but just a theory anyway.

Parker. I think there is more players at the club at the minute who i have no respect for whatsoever, than there ever has been. Parker is a favorite of mine though, as are N'Zogbia, Taylor, Given and Harper.

It really does sadden me to see people saying they hate Roeder. I don't think he's the man for us either, but for fuck sake look at what he done for us last season, and don't forget he was a player here before. Fuckin ridiculous that people are taking a dislike to him. We need a new manager, but i'd like to see Roeder get his old job at the academy back. Some people have VERY short memories. Then again i bet some people who were singing for the fat cunt to get out on Saturday are the same people who sung "there's only one Freddy Shepherd" when we signed Owen.

They said on century that both of them were excellent, apart from Taylor giving away a stupid free kick which lead to a goal. Taylor can be great, but he needs to cut out these silly needless fouls. Its hardly surprising though since he hasn't even played a full season for us yet, and he's only got clueless muppets like Bramble to learn from. We need another centre half in, and fast.
