  1. Considering we shipped seven goals last time out, I sense a mood of resilience and defiance amongst supporters rather than despondency or anger. Got a feeling it will be a big atmosphere tonight and a positive performance could make it a very big one.
  2. Don't think he'll play tonight, but good luck to him if he does.
  3. I looked at that post, couldn't quite figure it out and then realised it was YOU who posted it
  4. Delighted though I will be when Debuchy arrives, I wouldn't be chasing Simpson out of the door if a deal can be brokered. I realise he may well want to leave under those circumstances but he's a good pro and would be a good squad player.
  5. Ironically, if he managed Liverpool, Chelsea or Man City, Man U fans would f***ing despise him and think he was the most odious c*** in the game. What a stupid childish reply to a correct comment are you really an administrator for this site OK then, please do explain, how would Man U fans react if Alex Ferguson was the manager of another club and behaved on the touchline like he did yesterday, spoke in the press about other clubs, players and referees the way 'Fergie' gets to with a free pass from the FA and the press? They'd treat him with a hushed reverence? All supporters back up their manager in Fergies case they idolise him for his achievements to comment on his remarks he has wound you all up good and proper and is probably laughing his sicks off at the reaction whichs exactly what he hoped for Don't want to actually answer that question then, I take it. Only saying his wind up has worked and he is having a huge laugh at it all surely you see that I think this is simple enough to understand to be honest Wind up? he's a nasty piece of work end of. The likes of you weak minded fools that blindly believe he is some sort of psychology genius just proves what every other supporter outside your club thinks of you. There is a thing called respect, which your manager, players and fans have none. Are you surprised you are the most hated in the country? Not because of your success, it's down to you having no class about you. My club ? Psychology student ? What codswallop. What a massive over reaction to a wind up, it isn't me who's the fool Did he tell you personally it was a wind up? Or are you just guessing? Nah he's just a t*** like most manu "supporters". Think because they associate with a successful brand it entitles them to behave like c***s. You need to go on an anger management course Was written in a very calm, laid back mood. You must have read it in an angry context. Too close to the truth for comfort perhaps....... Already answered that. How old are you too ? Do you not know what a wind up is either ? Every game manu fans arrogantly sing "we're manu - we do what we want" and frankly, however it is intended, it's something which most people in football would fully agree with you on. Manu do appear to do what they want. They get away with it time and time again, to the benefit of your cuntish manager and his club but sadly to the longer term detriment to the game and it's integrity.

  7. Brilliant player who apart from the talent always gives it 100% but can't help feeling we'll be a better team without him. It's a strange one.
  8. Aye we were shading it on points until that big punch in the last round put us on the ropes and being unable to get the towel in the ring we took an unfortunate battering.

  10. Both parties would surely be Ba and Chelsea as we'll have no say in the matter thanks to the release clause? Ah, probably. Nah, sadly we haven't but some stuff I've heard lately would indicate that Ba himself has very little say in the matter either. Get away. You mean it's common knowledge

  12. Leads perfectly by example, but not the arse kicking type of leader we have needed on occasions this season.
  13. Wish I could come up with a sane, rational reason for not agreeing with you.....
  14. Not necessary. Realising how embarrassing Fergie's rant was, the Old Trafford Politburo told the FA and press that the incident was to be instantly forgotten today. Just to be certain they instructed the BBC to re-run the story about Pardew's linesman spat earlier this season.

41,000 today wasn't it though ? Aye, but I'm talking aggregates mate, 7K empties on boxing day and 8K today. (and it actually looked a lot more...........)

15,000 empty seats against attractive opposition over the Christmas games, which always used to sell out, and that despite loads of cheapies and freebies. Seems like it will only ever be full again for the visits of Take That and the north east's big club.
  17. Pinched this quote from somewhere else, "Ultimately what football gives us all is camaraderie and membership of a larger family, and that is absolutely priceless" I think those of us who have suffered years/decades of following Newcastle would appreciate that a lot more than plastic fans who associate themselves with the most successful teams.

I think the options he'd have if he were to become available would rule sunderland out of any permanent deal.

Hope today's result hasn't changed the mood too much as it definitely looked like it was "Marty in" week after a couple of flukey wins. He needs their full support for another couple of transfer windows if he's going to push them over football's fiscal cliff.
  20. I'm still not having this mind, they couldn't give a fuck about us, man. We have a lot more about us than a club than this man, come on. Why do they chant about Shearer every fucking week then ? Answer that clever bollocks. This is a thread about Alex Ferguson. Don't really see what your problem is. Because it's a chant to wind us up, "clever bollocks". It's what Yorkie was talking about before, they aren't a normal club, they rarely have to endure the same heartache and pain that most others have to endure every other week, some more. They've won pretty much everything multiple times over since we had the gall to finish 2nd behind them that one season, I think Fergie and the rest of the Manchester United fans (80% of which probably aren't even aware that season existed) have gotten over it now. They don't hate us, some of the better fans will have fond memories of some cracking moments between us that has helped shape the Premiership, Fergie will too, they don't fucking hate us though, that's an absurd and baseless claim. Why would they want to wind us up, though if we were so inconsequential ? As for the rest of your post, save for the shite about them not hating us, your degree for the bleeding obvious is in the post. Because they're playing us or they know Shearer is at the ground I wouldn't say we were inconsequential either, so I take back the "couldn't give a fuck about us" I imagine we're a bigger game on the calender than most of the league (probably sitting alongside Everton(?) and Tottenham). But hate though? Come on. YOU hate Manchester United with a dying passion, that much is clear, you're doing the Mackem-esque thing of trying to convince yourself that the feeling is mutual. They do it every week Hans. Every week. They don't play us every week neither does Alan Shearer visit Old Trafford every week. Yet they sing the Shearer song every week. And why is it "mackemesque" to have the hatred of Manchester United that I do? I would hope all Newcastle United fans would hate the cunts ,and the ones I know personally, do so. For a few glorious seasons most of us were definitely more concerned about manu's results than we were about the macums.
  21. HBA Cisse Marv as a front 3 quite excites me. That said Ba is one hell of a footballer.
  22. Thing is that when he snuffs it, because its ManU, the FA will ask us all to show respect, despite his total disrespect for our football club and of course many, many other clubs too. He should be shown the same level of respect he has shown us, other clubs and referees over the years. He has been nice about us and Pardew as recently as a few months ago tbf. We always get his best team but he's usually respectful of us. Ya kidding man? You're confusing respect with the inane drivel that comes out after his team have won. He hates us. He couldn't contain his delight upon hearing we'd been relegated. http://www.goal.com/en/news/9/england/2011/11/24/2772258/manchester-uniteds-sir-alex-ferguson-praises-alan-pardew http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/newcastle-united/nufc-news/2012/09/28/sir-alex-hails-newcastle-united-boss-alan-pardew-72703-31918666/ Sounds genuine to me. You may be confused as the articles you're dragging up (which I can't be arsed to read) refer to Alan Pardew, who he has been totally disrespectful to today, but I am talking about his hatred of our club not the manager. He lost it today in a Keeganesque "I'd love it" manner and displayed his vitriolic dislike of Newcastle. He generally only winds up clubs that pose a threat to his team's dominance. Under MA's stewardship we pose no threat at all so he has been nice about us until AP pissed him off. He doesn't hate us, why the fuck would he? Leave it out man
  23. He has disrespectfully called us a small club and was delighted when we went down. That's enough for me. However, feel free to view in any way you wish.
