  1. More likely they would prefer to have arbitration decide and let them off the hook. Easy to tell those against the takeover they tried if they lose.
  2. Arsenal generally never fail to deliver a shit performance when we need the opposite so we shall see what happens tomorrow. No one has an easy run. The Burnley vs Fulham game will be a big one. West brom could pass Fulham to be honest.
  3. Clark, ritchie, gayle, Murphy..they are all grafters you see at top championship clubs and lower relegation fighting premier league clubs. They give there all and have moments, Clark's goals have been invaluable. They simply wouldn't play for better or ambitious clubs though. None would be here had Rafa stayed. I'd add shelvey but he doesn't graft.
  4. He is the experienced head we need back there. No the time for the nervousness of Lewis.
  5. That game will be huge. Brighton are far from safe too. None have a particularly kind set of fixtures.
  6. Pretty sure he is merking you, Agbonlahor won't want his pal sacked with a new takeover.
  7. Didn't even make sense half the time. Best part was his frustration about how we played in the second, when he said "all the things we spoke about at half time was, look lets not go deep lets go after them. We were brilliant on the counter account in the first time and thought that would materialize more." So did you want to not play deep and counter attack or come out and attack and control the game?? lol 8 minutes - "never seen that before in the premier league." (no only every game when you played for Manure lol)
  8. Pretty natural at this point. Not least for you poor sods living in around Newcastle. The PIF saga will end one way or another with this arbitration. I truly believe Ashley will quickly sell to someone else if it fails and there are a few people in the wings. It's the only reason I want us to stay up. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Lets just believe it isn't a flamethrower when we get there.

    Joe Willock

Good lad, great interview post game too.
  10. And bam there it is "I think I've always said, this job comes with a government health warning, I think."
  11. Andros Townsend fully biased on my feed. Complaining about the penalty and then saying "wait I am here celebrating Newcastle winning and they are only 3 points behind us now" Pre-contract already sorted lol
  12. Not sure what Clark is doing for the first goal. Unlucky with the second.
  13. So the government tried to intervene and still it didn't go through. Why is anyone confident it will now?
  14. Yeah, I know people were complaining them playing Fulham this weekend after Europe will be easy for Fulham but we have likely been given a better hand with this win.
  15. Nice to see the club is up with last months news. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-9305279/Newcastle-United-academy-director-Joe-Joyce-stood-wife-raises-dispute-club.html Just clearing the decks for Alex Bruce.
  16. Same Mourinho, different players, remember. That said, would still take him here irrespective of our current plight.
  17. .....Wasn't that plussed at the thought of us signing Lingard.
  18. Man City quite likely will have won the league by the time we play them too. If we can get a point at least next weekend against West Ham the Fulham players heads might finally drop against Arsenal the day after. Can't rely on Arsenal for anything though.
  19. If we can get a point against West Ham that might be enough. The fact we are right back with Burnley and Brighton is huge. Shame about our goal difference lol.
  20. To be fair Cashley is all about the Bargain Hunt.
