At least he has the backing of all the players and they certainly played like they were behind him today. If he ends up getting the job I honestly don't know how I can continue supporting the team, its one humilation after the next and we are treated with utter contempt by the club staff and officials. I guess it will just be another case of watching and hoping we lose every game until he resigns or is sacked like this past year with Pardew.

He is clearly not a bad player, as Ronaldo says he isn't physical enough to cope. He did however look fantastic for us late last year when given a run in the team and was even an attacking threat. A midfield enforcer he certainly isnt though. He is best at work tidying up and connecting play but unfortunatley he doesnt have the vision of cabaye nor the physicality of tiote to be relied upon as a sole DM. It all depends who he plays alongside imo.

Its all the injuries marra. never stood a chance. Only thing that is tragic is how it won't make a shed of difference come the end the season when he is appointed full time. On the upside, he wont be able to cope with the crowd and media pressure his inevitable shit team performances bring, will never last a season.

On trial with mls clubs and turned away within the next 3 years.

Think they probably have enough points to be safe. Leicester and Burnley look destined. QPR and Villa might get new manager rub but they look terrible. Mackems are also on the cusp of bombing. Could see palace easily losing the majority of their games left and still staying up because those others won't pick up points.

Same Ameobi motivation problem. I swear the best I saw shola was under kinnear. Never seen him actually busting a gut all over the pitch. Like shola, plenty of potential, a good coach will do wonders but essentially sammy is only really going to reach his potential if Sammy lets himself.

Wait a sec how tiny is she? Rolando is only 5'9. Could probably put her in his pocket and take her to training.

When I saw the first pic and reminisced about the good times, Sir Les and Ginola...then scrolled down to see what stifler had done to it.. http://stream1.gifsoup.com/webroot/animatedgifs3/2163529_o.gif http://gifrific.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Bill-Murray-Laughs-Then-Turns-Sad.gif

On the upside he won't have time to show anyone he is any good so we sell him. Might not play for us but will at least be a newcastle player next season.

Suits our club under Ashley to be honest. Saggy should be in jail right now, charlatan and overrated to fuck. I would actually prefer carver. Maybe that's the club spin,Trott out and talk up the likes of saggy, Phil brown or a past his sell by date venables and suddenly carver doesn't look bad. Ironically venables was best suited to our type of system, well away from spending any money. Far too old and out of the game now.

Press suck ups seek club suck ups for suckup interview. Any surprise all of these quoted people are the people likely struggle to Keep their jobs under a competent coach? Sick of the c list ex-players and useless suck up current players coming out of the woodwork to stick the knife in or make themselves relevant with the club. That said, I'd be lying if there wasn't a part of me that would like Steve Watson back at the club, loved him when he was here.

Barring a monumental run of crap form and finishing lower than 12th the he is getting the job full time in the summer. Madness to expect otherwise. Club and local press, certainly still seem to have a remit to push him on us and build him up. Last time hope lived here was right before Hughton was sacked.
-
Carver, he will be out the door quicker. That said like Venables, Saggs is probably best placed at a club where he has no control over transfers or money dealings.
-
Garde in. No doubt with the connections Sir Les has there Sherwood will be in the running.maybe Hoddle fancies it though. Good for the club though, always liked QPR until the Fernandes era.

Have we confirmed whether it's his knee or Roseys?
-
Enough recuperation time to be ready for his next big job at NUFC. Literally the funniest thing I have seen though, resigning over his knee. I thought someone had hacked the BBC website.

Define broken. I wouldn't say we have been broken more like slowly poisoned. It's so much worse looking back to how much different i felt. If I reflect to several years ago and look how I feel about the club it's scary. Each passing humiliation is just numbed.. I get angry then I simply find myself questioning why I care. Especially now I'm living in Canada. I find myself more excited by the mls right now. We have been slowly drained of hope and interest. One by one, humiliation after humiliation. This summer will be a huge summer for the club. If we continue on this course and don't hire someone credible and spend money in the summer I think there will be a considerable amount of people that will, as much as they can, walk away from the club. This club has been my biggest passion since I was a kid. I will always love it, but I cant keep letting it ruin my day or make me feel like crap when I try and muster up excitement just to be slapped back down again by the clubs predictable lack of ambition. Our fans are too good for the club at the moment and there is only so much more people will endure, each time the interest and love will fade just like everything that was good about this club and made us fall in love with it seems to be. Like most things in life once it's gone it will be hard to get it back. Job done Mike.

Sorry, meant the 3 club rule. Most of the bigger clubs are maxed out on DP's, there is probably a way around it though. Id expect the MLS would probably take a good whack of the wage to get him to the league.
-
Aren't the MLS still dictated by Fifa rules? If he can simply just become a free agent and do that, bypassing the Fifa club rule, then it is a no brainer for him to join an MLS team for the next 6 months. He will get his confidence back, live a great lifestyle and hopefully get the chance to return to Europe at the end.. if he wants to. God knows who would have the money to take him though.

Can only do 2 over the age of 23 in England. But can't find owt about what the Scottish FA say. Moot point when they are all under 23 and maybe not standard loans anyway? 53.2.5 No more than 2 Players who are over 23 may join one Club from another Club on a Standard Loan in any Season.” Seems the rules don't count for foreign players/clubs.

Relying on Saska, streete and Good to fill out our cb options (colo, willow and Dummett) grim. Zero chance of a replacement for Santon, janmaat and Taylor at RB. Haidara and Dummy at LB. Then the likes of Anita, colback, Gutierrez and the younglings to fill in. Given the chaff below us in the table they will be more than happy to limp on to seasons end and maybe pick up a freebie.
-
Uncle Mike. Remit on course to be achieved again.
-
Really JC was absolutely horrific in my eyes. Hid, gave the ball away constantly, didn't track back almost causing us to concede when we were overrun in the box and generally added nothing going forward. I'm not a colback hater but he and colo were beyond woeful Imo.
-
Dissapointing but on the cards the minute Haidara came in. Had a feeling we wouldn't see him back in the starting line up when he got fit again. Shame, I don't think he wants to leave. More general pisses in the face of fans tmrw then. At least one player out if not more. Zero in.
