GAME OVERRR.. Hopefully a speedy recovery.. looks ominous.
-
If so, a hotel room, some lube and a bucket of Greggs pasties were probably involved. Nah expect an hour of Pardew talking s****, making excuses and bigging himself up, while Ashley counts his money and smiles to himself... then after the fat one raises his head.. "s*** me Alan.. how long have you been there, scared the crap out of me?"
-
lol.. as predictable as it comes.. expect Tompkins in next to replace Colo. Upgrade on Shola.. I guess. But we could all be here days writing lists of players we could get better than that. If only we could just put this one down to paper talk bringing up old targets... ..Pardew has clearly convinced himself and everyone else at the club we did badly because he didn't get his own choice of targets last year. Jesus wept this is going to be horrible summer and worse season.
-
Are we assuming Pardew doesn't see Tiote as a box to box player now then? Lets hope he made his mind up on that and grew a brain.

Too bad, lad had some promise at Everton before his injury. Never really had the pace to make his game good enough though. Also never found that confidence and maybe luck in front of goal despite finding the right positions. Best of luck to the lad.

Quoted for truth... ..But will Joe be ready to step in by then?

Looking at a stupid and likely frustrating summer In - Three new wingers - Creative attacking Mid - Replacement for Colo - 3 new strikers - 2 starters - RB to compete with Debuchy Whole bunch of squad or reserve players.. --------------------------------- Out Gosling Obertan Shola Williamson Taylor DeJong Gutierrez (unfortunately - Remy, Hatem, Marveaux are also all likely gone) Reserves - Vukic, Tavernier, Ferguson, Abeid, Newton, Amilfitano, Richardson, Logan - All likely gone too. Thats before possiblities (like Krul, Cisse, Debuchy, Santon, Tiote) all going.

Feck me.. finding common ground with France.. is that even morally allowed? The world is upside down.
-
I agree.. not least he would be given time having Sir Les on staff. It's the same as last year though.. there are some serious upgrades available this summer and for nothing in terms of compensation. Yet we will gamble again, except this time I fully expect us to be rooted near the bottom when we finally sack Pardew and there will be no-one left available of any use.

Haven't you been beating the "anyone but Pardew" drum before? No, I've been pretty specific that I don't want any long ball merchants or Sherwood because he's a prick. Fair enough. So you'd rather keep Pardew than get Pullis or Sherwood in? What's the point in sacking Pardew to replace him with either of those two? They might be better, they might not. I want someone who I would be confident could handle a squad of international players and develop an effective team to compete in Europe. You're both f***ing delusional. 'I really want us to sack Pardew but not unless we get a top class manager in.' Mentalists. As Ronaldo is pointing out.. it doesn't get much better or more top class than Alan. Some people..

Disgusting, just disgusting. Four years: - No semblance of playing style (despite constant talk) - Almost every player has gone backwards in terms of skill and confidence - All areas of the pitch look weaker than when he took over - That has to be said in practice, not on paper. - Lost crowd support That's without bringing in the stats into play which are sackable by themselves and way more damning. The fact that he will now get "his choice" of transfer targets petrifies me. We would already be in the Championship if he had got the likes of Bent, Tompkins and Bardsley. I fully expect him to use last years window as his main excuse and we will pay for what happens next.

Dark depressing days of mediocrity. Can't see us getting anyone near the skill of Hatem playing at this club anytime soon. Fully expect him to have a belter season next year, wherever he ends up. Probably cares more than anyone else in the squad about playing for us too. Sad.
-
Well they can.. and depending on who comes in to manage they probably will.
-
Sherwood and Sir Les to be released this week? Usual Levy c**tishness expected.
-
Not sure, lots of talk of him going to Birmingham..
-
feck me, great first signing for Pardew that.. hats off..

Can keep quoting this all day, everyday.. “Don’t ever give up on your club, keep supporting it, its your club and trust me one day you will get your club back and it will be everything you wanted it to be. “Newcastle United is bigger than anyone. It hurts I know, but just keep going, he is only one man, we are a city, a whole population. Trust me.” Do I think it would be a wise choice for him to come back? Depends on who is backing him I guess. Either way we bloody love you King Kev.

We love you Hatem... you will be missed

I am. derby bossing it. Really wish we'd at least attempt to sign Hughes sure we will on the last day and hour of the window
-
f***s sake. Clearly sat on the defensive all press conference then decided to change his mind, in a panic, after its too late..
-
Ric Flair Strut tbh... then "will enjoy not talking to you next year suckerrrrrrrrrsssss.... WOO!"
-
Corker of a goal from Will Hughes.. Derby all but in the playoff finals now.

Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)

Wait.. will we get money if he plays at the World Cup lol.. No wish Yohan all the best. While he handled things badly at the start of the season and last season was dodgy at best, he still brought me some happy memories!
