It is Cisse or Bent, the two cannot work together. Either can work well through the middle though. Cisse could possibly work with Gouffran if we are going 442. Vital we sign another versatile winger/striker of quality. Really we need another Winger after that.... Ben Arfa/New Gouffran/New Instead of: Ben Arfa/Obertan Gouffran/Sammy Could cope with just one new though just so Sammy can get his chance and we can put the will he make it situation out to pasture.. also little hope of that happening though looking at Shola and now Obertan.

Totally agree. I don't have any problem losing perch as long as our squad is stronger, preferably in the areas you mention, come the end of august! Anita is basically a replacement for versatility anyway. I was simply pointing out why some people are upset, I'm not. I just want to see gosling and shola out aswell perch was at the back of thr list in terms of needing to get rid.

Neither has Shola, scored shitloads of important goals I am talking about this season. Perch has been far more useful IMO. Goes without saying shola has scored some very important goals for us, just as Williamson was pivotal in our return to the premiership. Neither are good enough for what we need now and going forward. The versatility of perch alone makes him more useful IMO.

Vanqueirs agent has had a mare. Player told him "buy me out of my contract then find me a club, I'm off on holidays and wanted it sorted before i get back." Agent lived up to his end. As per the perch stink it is only a problem fo people down to two things.. - looks like he is being shifted out before the likes of shola, willow and gosling who have contributed far less. - we have a bad past history of shipping out players and not replacing them correctly until after the damage to the squad has Been done. If we shift the other three aformementioned players out people will be happier and find it easier to understand, however it depends on the bigger picture, are we making signings of superior quality to replace them or are we relying on newton, vuckic and Richardson to come through? The latter making the squad far weaker IMO. He is also a great pro. Nobody here can want Perch to be starting for us although there are many that would love to see him improve to merit it.. Reality says that isn't happening. It's silly season and the scare mongers and panic button pressers are out in force exacerbating the situation. That's summer for you.. Would be nice to say I felt assured that put hierarchy has a plan and knows what they are doing and not penny pinching to get by at minimum cost.

I'm pretty confident that is the route we are aiming for.. Can see us getting Bent in first and all he'll breaking loose though. Especially as we will be back to the foot off the pedal in the driving seat mentality of negotiating. We will be prepared to wait and get the beat price possible for our main target.

Still a tough one. If we get 25m upwards for him it would be a difficult decision. He would be a Huge loss to the team. However if we are picking up vainquer that 25m can be used on someone like siem de Jong that can offer some attacking threat through the middle. It's a risk losing our most creative deeplying playmaker. Maybe we think Anita, bigi, sissoko and Tiote will be enough?

Must point towards Vainquer coming, just like williamson when Douglas was incoming. I see that looks on hold until we know what the hell is happening with buying a new cb.

I like Perchus, this is a sad one. But we have Anita as his replacement and seems like vainquer might be on his way. Gosling, shola and Williamson should be far ahead of him in the exit line. If we get rid of the lot I will be happy, bemused if not. Bemused if not seems like Aaron hughes all over again. Let's hope we actually get a replacement.

We can but hope it is the end of an era for shola. Bent would be a fantastic upgrade. New striker, Cisse, Bent, Gouffran, campbell is a good pool to choose from.
