Called up to the next England squad?
-
Looks like a smart decision to let Danny Welbeck go then. Funny he looks half decent when he isn't being played on the wing but through the middle. Was absolutely class tonight, delighted for him, move was just what he needed.
-
Great timing even if it has nothing to do with Pardew. Still looks bad straight after Pardew bigs him up and the importance of keeping him. Well done tiote press team for sticking the knife in.
-
Never getting sacked this week after Ashleys lawyers comments. Next week maybe.. Come on Swansea.
-
Big exhale from Ashley.. seems likely he is thinking "ffs that hasn't made things easier for me here." Can't see him sacking him until after Swansea at the earliest. Shame yet another chance for the shit charlatan. Come on the Swansea. Feels like the Souness saga again, how many bloody chances does he get? Need some fan heckling Ashley leaving the ground action like Shepherd at Wigan.

Will scrape a win off Steven Taylors arse. Fist pump fury from Saylor and Pards.
-
Not suited to the premier league, player said so himself. Get over it people.
-
This is messed up. No let even really a funny joke. Seemed to go further than necessary for a sarcastic joke even if he was on a wind up. If he was he has done that knowing this is more aggravation for fans and treating us like cunts again. He won't sack him if we lose against stoke imo, might if we then lose to swansea.

Youth Players Pardew has said have bright futures Youth Players living up to potential Vuckic Bigi Streete Dummett Good Campbell Armstrong Sammy Ameobi Richardson It is become a cycle.. last year it was Bigi, Campbell, Ameobi and Streete... now they are forgotten because its Armstrong, Satka and Aarons time. To be fair, Dummett has seen plenty of minutes and Aarons looks good in the glimpses we have seen. I just don't thing any of the others have been given the opportunity here or to go away and learn their craft. Instead they are forgotten and likely released come the end of the season. I am not saying all of those players could have made it under another coach to, I am sure they would have fared better though. It is the way Pardew bigs them up just to drop them cold that pisses me off.

Not least with the inept coaching set up and lack of chances to play for the first team or be allowed to elsewhere. More complete bollocks about the being from the North, to help his case being a cockney in Newcastle too. Unaware it actually contradicts, if anything fans should give him an easier ride because he is local. Either way I guess the message is Newcastle Fans are too demanding and unrealistic.

Beating Man City away
-
We'll lose and that will be the excuse. "I played our first team and our tiredness showed. They rested their players and the freshness gave them an edge. We couldn't compete with that." These excuses can always be predicted ahead of time. You just predict the stupidest least motivational thing a manager can say and Pardew will say it every time. Add in the freak illness. Regardless he will use the above as the reason for our stoke loss too.. "They had an extra day to prepare. We just don't have the squad to compete in the carling cup."

Trying not to be negative about this one but I really can't be bothered with it. I also feel the players will feel the same after getting their full blooded fitting performance for Jonas done on Saturday. I expect we will come out of the blocks with a bit of confidence and soon lose our way. Just too bad we couldn't have shipped Pardew out before this tie. If we win it Pards is literally ironclad until christmas, if we lose pressure might be back on but we are out of the one cup we might have a chance of winning with an actually manager in charge.
-
It's never going to be about his ability, he has it. It's the confidence and service that's around him. Hull were so woeful today we won't be afforded as many chances against other teams, not the way we are set up presently.
-
Well he didn't and I would dare say none of them did it for colback. Today was about Jonas.
-
Can't play as a lone striker, but we new that when he signed. Needs space to run into and a target man to play off. Not denying the fact be hasn't even done a lot of basic things right though.
-
Routledge being watched by Hodgson and likely to get a call up apparently.
-
Oh this isn't over its just beginning. It's fucking war. Hope these guys aren't too disheartened. Still a shocking result today that will look bad further if we lose away to stoke and get knocked out of the cup by palace.
-
What's worse is the spin that will now be forced down our throats with our players doing so well amidst adversity. Adversity the team and mainly the tit of a manager created. You can bet they will focus in on the hard atmosphere despite the majority of fans backing the team all game. In reality our fans did the nice thing by backing the team and giving the team it's best chance to win. The best the team could do is scrape a 2-2 draw at home to an absolutely inept hull side.

Fuck off you slimey charlatan. Go celebrate your stay and the fact you were lucky to face one of the worst away performances at sjp.

f*** off Papiss. Delighted for you though you lovely man. Could it have killed you to wait another week?
