It is a big problem. Add Hargreaves, Teal Bunbury and Alain Rochat to that list. In some ways I can understand the defection, it is disappointing though as it sets a trend. Tiebert has potential but was poor today. Simeon Jackson should have started from the outset. Hopefully Floro can persuade Hoilett and De Guzman back, seems very unlikely though. His appointment could be a masterstroke or doomed to failure, his record in management doesn't seem to suggest he is here for the long term. Until the country puts money into improving the structure of the game past high school it wont improve.

We will still struggle with or without bent if we don't buy some creativity on the wing and goals/creativity through the centre. Bent and Remy would be fantastic though IMO. Bent turned us down when at ipswich right? We had a cheap deal on the cards too.

I really didn't see enough of Kone last year, so I went from being underwhelmed to satisfied then meh. Fucking shocking we haven't learned from our past mistakes of waiting until way past pre-season has begun to get players in. I will be genuinely shocked if we sign more than 2 people this summer, still expect us to lose 2 or 3 as well. The whole Kinnear appointment has set us back six months of scouting and supposed planning and left us completely clueless.

Aww..bless. He has arrived all bright eyed and bushy tailed, fresh and full of the dreams and hopes of taking his game to the next level. Shame our coaching staff do their best to deconstruct any talent and progress, then suck any creative thought from within them.
