I like............ Me too. The Breton look is very now. Looks like something the missus would wear. Its for the French ladies team right?

What a fantastic idea to disrupt the defence in a huge game on the off chance a CB might play well at CM. After the shambles of Everton/Stoke some people never learn...... That will be our consistent five at the back we have been playing all year will it? Granted the change and adding Campbell into the mix probably didn't help us. It is like you say better to stick to what we know. But given our lack of anyone defensively minded to play in CM, Colo is easily the best choice. Putting a fit again Saylor back in the mix is hardly the worst decision we could make. Better than the Guardians attempt for the Stoke game. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/mar/18/squad-sheets-stoke-city-newcastle-united

Is Guthrie even fit? I thought he was out injured. I dont know if he has the bottle for an important game like this one. could see him pushing Colo forward, he has been much more confident this season on the ball (had a mare last game though) and seems to like marauding forward. Not sure that Saylor is fit to fill in at the back and Campbell was a disaster last game, so bloody slow.

Saylor - little contest really.

Unlucky there, would have been immense. We are doing the right thing blooding him right now but I wouldnt be upset if he gets a starting birth for the Wolves game. LW if Enrique is fit, switch Jonas to the right and put Barton in the Centre for Tiote.

First half was good, we were unlucky to be one down. Harper and the defence need a raping in the dressing room like they got on the pitch. Shambolic. Attack had no cutting edge. Shola and Lovenkrands were fucking woeful. Ranger and Best for wolves please. Hopefully a reality check. If Enrique isnt totally knackered I would play ferguson left guti right and barton in the centre next week.

Dissapointing, but plenty of other players out there. Would have been nice for the price but injury record is concerning.

New under-18's coach? http://www.nufc.com/ Decent coaching experience, seems like a decent appointment. Backroom staff has more than doubled on the sly since Pardew got here.

No but after he scored that first he looked a different player. He barely played for us before then.

Beaten by a far far superior performance. not team. Crazy game. We lacked so much quality, thought and composure today it hurts. -
Didnt look too bad. Hopefully its more of a precaution. Probably miss the next game though.

well that was fucking dreadful. -
Heading up to Edmonton today for the Oilers/Bruins game. Been in Canada nearly four years and its my first NHL game. Poor play. I halfway in between Edmonton and Canuck in Saskatoon. Cold and Isolated a little bit backwards but other than that its canny with a shit load of potential. What are you doing your masters in?

Worked really hard today, scored a cracking goal. The force Tiote struck the cross should have taken his head off, he did well with the header. His defensive work was vital today. Got us out of the shit on several occasions. Needs replacing in the first team but I wouldnt sell him. As good a club captain as we have had since Shearer.
-
Complete knobsack. He has done it before too. Shame he was having an ok game before. Lets hope Barton is fit for Everton.

Fair play, should have got three points today, but we were only ever good for a point after Raylors madness. Good subs from Pardew. Suprised to say I was quite happy to see Saylor back on the pitch. Will take a point, closer to saftey which is all that matters, Europe is still a possibility but a pipe dream.
