It normally takes a player at least one season to settle in to the premiership. We have left to many 1st team players leave this window and replaced them with to many foreigners who are going straight to the first team lineup imo. I constantly slag off my bosses on Twitter, Facebook, work forums and in emails to them. I also go on strike when my terms aren't improved year on year. It's the other way round really, no employer can expect to receive universal praise from all their employees, but they should cater to the most talented people in their employment. depends what type of work you are in a suppose but you are surely in breach of contact and spreading slander if you are recoding things in public places. Saying things in private or directly to your boss is one thing but when it harms the business they have grounds to cut ties.

Always liked Guthrie, think he gets alot of unearned shit on here sometimes. No Nolans gone its time to pick on Guthrie for being overweight, slow and unfit. Wouldn't say so. We were looking at two more attacking players with a striker being priority. The second player was dependant on the striker coming in. If reports are true I can't see any of our alternative options costing any less. Price should free us up or at least give us an idea what we have to bargain with for the second player. With N'Zog it still comes down to getting the right deal imo, although Marveaux should give us a similar option to team.
