I watched every Fulham games this season and honestly Mitrovic did run around and gave pressures to opponent defenders, except for the final few minutes where he looked knackered. His statement was strange imo. Rather than "his style not fit under Rafa", I would say it's "he doesn't wanna run for Rafa". Their relationship was broken down a long time ago, i think it's pretty clear. Rafa was right to get rid of someone who doesn't want to work under him. Rafa, however, should be questioned why the relationship with our most valuable asset (sadly) has worsened to the point of no return.

I want to ask for long. What means buy trust Rafa 100%?

It's the only option he's got against this sort of opposition, and it's exactly what he did. If Perez is a second or so quicker to react to Murphy's ball in, we nick that point. Shrug. It's hit and hope. If the plan is just "add an attacker" then fuck it isn't a plan. We didn't try to chase and attack in last 10 mins, we just continue to hit long ball and hope Joselu could create some havoc and exploit it. We didn't defend well as well. It was a really poor match.
