Not really, I think we really want to sign him due to following reasons: 1. We are able to clear out Rivière and de Jong and that should allow us to sign one more 1xM range player, and 2. The rumour circulated in media for this summer is surprisingly accurate. The likes of Abraham Caballero etc all turns out to be correct. The major stumbling block now, imo, is whether we can offer attractive enough salaries to get him here.

Jovetic is class but during the Man City era he failed to adapt to EPL and thus flopped back to Series A. I hope this gamble pays off.

I always believe losing Cabaye is the main reason for our 2nd relegation, because we no longer have similar quality in the middle to dominate some matches.

He is the one who tries the hardest play/trick on the pitch, in the position where opponent is most crowded. He may fail lots of one during a game but whenever he succeeded it must be a good scoring chance for us. A bit unfair to blame him for trying imo.

I don't think we need to flog him. He is more than capable to be an impact sub and occasionally lead our line. The problem is whether Gayle is willing to play in this role. He joined us because he wants to start.
