We are a terrible TEAM with a terrible manager. But with adequate resources Pardew can guarantee a top 10 finish. Now the club gives him nothing but a very unbalanced squad, he fails to deliver, BUT the club don't want to sack him. so what do you want? Ask pardew to resign himself? he may have to pay compensation instead, why would he do so, and should he? Blame Ashley ffs. It is fucking sad that we looks A LOT better with Obertan or Sammy as our winger than our recent performance. Didn't you wonder why they have to play out of position because they couldn't fit in the system well? even Sammy could make an impact last match. He is not crying for any expensive signings, just some cheap and epl experienced players like bent and downing who would fit in his system well and willing to play rotation. I don't understand. Why would the club want to sell Cabaye, and drop him to prevent further injuries, just when Arsenal submitted a far-below acceptable value bids (and we rejected)? If PSG has already informed us that they are in then I understand, but as far as we know it wasn't the case before the Man City match. I don't buy the prevent injury theory because if a club wants a player they won't mind him having slight injuries. But even if this theory is correct, the timing doesn't match either. It's Arsenal man. Everyone in football industry know their bids this summer are nothing but a joke. They just randomly submit silly bids and hope any club would press the wrong button by error. I think the rumour that Cabaye thinks the bid is genuine and the club thinks it's bullshit and thus there's clash are true. I think the key point of what unbelievable was trying to make, and what I agree with, is that even Pardew's gone the problem would still be there, unless we got a manager who's exact fit with the players Carr recommended to our team, but thats' like drawing lots. The next manager could still have the same mismatch problem, has no say in transfer market, has to be prepared for letting key players leave, etc. The flawed set-up will always result in below par performance.
