OK, that should be the last offer. Accept and that's it, reject and Carroll's here for at least 2 more years.
-
Don't understand the "prepared for the worst" comment to be honest - you'll be getting a lot more than he's worth and by the start of next season will most likely be a much stronger squad for having re-invested the money. You've been doing more than fine without him for some time now - I really do fail to see how his half a good season have made him Wayne Rooney overnight? 1. Everyone here understands "re-investment" is not a must. Yes, if the amount of money is well spend, we will be a better team. But sorry this is not guaranteed under the Fat Cunt's reign. Ranger is the most likely replacement for Carroll. 2. Carroll's aerial presence is always there, no matter he is on-form or off-form. He is a very consistent performer and that's why he is tactically a more valuable player than Wayne Rooney. I don't care which team we are playing, no matter it's Man Utd Milan Barca Real Madrid, Carroll will always win the header for us. This is priceless.

Not at any price. But I won't blame the Fat Cunt if the amount is over 40m. That's an insane offer for Carroll.
-
I don't think we will reject an offer higher than 35m. Gotta prepared for the worst.
-
Nagatomo was awesome. He is the player of the match for me. Nakashima also made a couple of great saves.
-
At least it proves that Carroll won't go for less than 23m. That's a huge comfort for me since the Fat Cunt always did the opposite.
-
When he played against us? well, according to a friend who is a fanatical Villa supporter, his other performances have been of the same standard.. In his words "The way he has played for us, he doesn't even deserve a place on the bench" And just cause it's Friday and I don't have any work.. You know how skysports.com have average ranking for players (not that it's an ultimate indication) but his is 5.2.. We don't have a player in our squad who has lower than 5.7 (which is Smith of course).. We should stay well away, Ireland's past it. I can't belive people say past it for 24 years old. It is insane. Michael Owen.

Last year.

Patrick Kluivert again?

Best + Ranger as our starting strikeforce with Lovenkrands as subs. Jesus christ. nPower Championship standard at best. Remember the Fat Cunts are unlikely to bring in any decent reinforcements. Selling Ameobi doesn't guarantee us a new striker.
-
Best, Xisco and Lovenkrands are all worse than Ameobi.
-
His recent performances seem not as motivated as before. I feel something bad. Hopefully even if he has to leave his next clubs would be Barca / Real Madrid where he can bring his career into next level.
-
Is that related to the minor injuries he got at early December?
-
Simpson is backing off and is on Lennon's left side. No point for Williamson to cover the same direction ah?
-
Yea except for the goal. Should not let Lennon to turn to his right.
-
I hope we could get a Euro spot but at the same time even if we miss out we shouldn't be that disappointed. We don't have the squad depth required and may even face relegation battle once being hit by injuries. A lot of similar cases in history.
-
I am more worried about his fitness level. He'd probably played too much games this season.
-
I trust Colo's first reaction. Simpson is at fault.
-
Barton definitely plays better at the right than at the centre when Carroll's upfront. I interpret that as a move to build the team around Carroll. And by the same logic, Raylor is a better reserve than Routledge as his quality of crosses are miles better.
-
I don't understand then. Why? The player himself didn't ask for a loan switch right?
-
We eventually need to say bye to Given and Harper. That's a miss but it's an inevitable one. We've managed to make the best use of it to blood in Krul, just like how we blood in Carroll after disposing Owen. That's a "miss" but we have made the best use of it.
-
I'd rather Japan be the lucky bastards. Horrible referee.
-
The fact that Ireland cannot guarantee a starter at Villa is fxxking worrying. And I am not willing to "invest" any more years on so called "talented and troublesome" players. We've paid a huge cost, including a relegation, on Barton and to do the same on Ireland? Fxxk no.

Finally up to what is expected from him due to his contract. The best since Woodgate?
