True. The big picture wont be distorted. Just that the thought of Pique costing 5m only is scary Pure robbery, that. Worst sales by Man Utd in history You know, most of the time the dropouts under Alex Ferguson wont play as good as their time in Old Traddford. The best one I can think of is Stam.
-
To be fair to him, he was right to leave at that time. The problem was just the club he joined is turboshite. And it has to be said, we are better off without him. Jose is a brilliant one on one defender, but is also a very bad team player. Probably the exact opposite to Raylor, who is very bad at defending but did form a solid unit together with the rest of the defenders. I really don't think our defense could be better with him this year, even though we could play Santon on the right and drop Simpson.

I may be wrong, but i remember Pique left for around 10m? Dos Santos to Tottenham for 8m seems too much as well. 5m per my memory? Real are fucking wasteful though. To be honest, the signings under Perez are ridiculous, but still "worth it" considering their output on the pitch, except Kaka. The likes of Huntelaar, Sneijder, the 2 Diarra and Gago are just pure business fraud. Robben should never cost that much as well.

He basically running non-stop for 70 mins, either attacking or defending. He has to be subbed.
-
This is basically the game of the season. Title, Champions League, everything, would be settled down after this match. If we win it we would definitely beat Everton and got a top4 spot, and that will be the end of City. Game of the season.
-
That's y I always said that's a fucking stupid gamble

Raul is asking 7m euro annual salary.

True, but at this moment the impression I got is it is Ba who decide when to switch, and the purpose is mainly to give Ba chance to score. What I want is it is Hatem who makes the decision, and the purpose is for Hatem to exploit the opponents' full backs.
-
He is a "solid" defender because he is quite fast and rarely being outpaced. And other than backing off his man-marking isn't bad as well, and didn't make rash tackles that costs us penalties. Credit where it is due. However his attacking play is just next to none, and is a major stumbling block for the team to reach to the next level. He should be our rotational player only. In fact if we are playing against some top teams in Europe where we are forced to play defensively and use direct football only, he is probably the best choice for us even if we got a new right back like Santon.
-
I think Hatem should be given the freedom to attack the side he feels he can exploit more. Ba should switch his position in accordance to Hatem's.
-
I honestly want him taking up a coaching role here. A genuine bloke who always do the best for the club.

I dont blame Pardew for changing the formation at that time. The players looked shocked and lost and we need to settle down immediately. You can argue that he should switch back earlier though. Pardew's massively let down by the players, especially our defenders imo. Even if we play a 4-3-3 against their formation we should still hv an advantage as shown in 2nd half. However two fatal and unforgivable mistakes by Williamson (yes, failing to win the header against Moses is a mistake) and Colo cost us the match. That said, we know we are far from perfect, and we need to accept results like this a few times per season.
-
I really think failing to win the header against Moses is unforgivable
-
Honestly, I even dunno who to blame, some players did make faults but we definitely do not deserve four goals down. May be only Jesus can tell why....

Kruls position is bad
-
Y is santon on the right?
-
Newcastle, never make u boring
-
What I hope for is just a little bit more patience shown to Pardew when our form dips again next season.
-
Spurs dont have an easy run in. Their opponents badly need a few points to stay up and would fight fiercely like QPR today. I am more worried about the chance that Chelsea winning the CL at this moment.
-
Make your mind up like. That means I've resigned of keeping him here longer than 2 years, and in that case, I'd rather it be Real Madrid.
-
That's meaningless to us though isn't it? The longer he's with us, the better we become, Newcastle need him. I'd prefer him not getting a ballon d'or if it means he fires us into CL football next year/one year and I think almost everyone would Certainly I want him to be here as long as possible. But if he continues playing like that, it is just a matter of time that he wants to be the best playing in the world, and he has to leave to do that.
-
He wouldn't be considered Ballon D'or if he's keep playing here, simply as that.
-
Strange to say, but I would be happy for the 20m from Real Madrid, because I do hope HBA to be one of the best footballer in the world.
