  1. Hardest ever shot in football - Brasil player Branca(free kick) in friendly match Brasil vs Yugoslavia(1994)
  2. From eurosport.com: Jonathan Woodgate has admitted he "hasn't got a clue" what is going on over his club future. The Real Madrid defender dismissed claims that he has sealed a permanent move to Middlesbrough, where he is on a season-long loan. That comes despite Real Madrid wishing Woodgate well in the 'new stage of his sporting career' after claiming a deal had been struck with Boro earlier in the week. "I have not got a clue. I have got a contract with Madrid and all this stuff comes out and I have not got a clue what is happening," said Woodgate. "I have got a contract at Madrid and I will see what happens at he end of the season and see where I go in the summer. "They agreed a fee with Middlesbrough at the start of the season, but then it all came out saying I was going. "I have not been transferred. I am a Real Madrid player and I am on loan at Middlesbrough. "We will see what happens at the end of the year and I will take a decision then." http://i.eurosport.com/2007/02/09/336446-1742575-458-238.jpg

  5. from : eurosport Bayern sack Magath Bayern Munich have sacked coach Felix Magath, according to German media reports. The Bavarian giants slipped to fourth in the Bundesliga last night after a 0-0 draw at home to lowly VfL Bochum, just four days after a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Borussia Dortmund, and German daily Bild reported on its website that Magath has been shown the door by club bosses. Magath's predecessor, Ottmar Hitzfeld, is favourite to take the reins at the Allianz Arena until the end of the season. Magath led Bayern to successive league and cup doubles in the past two seasons after moving from Stuttgart, though they currently trail 6 points behind leaders Werder Bremen and Schalke, who both have a game in hand. MAGATH FOR TOON !!! ;D
  6. I don't think Pierre Boya would be a good investment for Newcastle, considering his starts and scoring sheet at Partizan Belgrade. He couldn't score in Serbia-Montenegro league for over a year and a half at one point in time. And that says it all. Since then, a couple of goals, but nothing specatcular. It's unreasonable to expect from such a player to shine in Premierleague. His finest moments were long, long time ago against Lazio in Europe when he scored twice in Rome, but since then, not worth a mention. He's got pace and dribbling, but lacks scoring touch. Bottleddog, You'ewelcome. Goran Gavrancic is a solid defender and can play in several defensive positions. Not much pace, but tall, strong, and good control of the ball, good at heading the ball at both ends. Played for Dynamo Kiev as central defender mostly, but can be used as right back as well. And can contribute in defensive-midfield role if needed. Agreed 101 %...
