Yep. Imo the only route for the challenges to sustain it is to consistently do and find dodgy PSR hacks. Forest seemingly have a network of dodgy clubs to do deals with. Maybe the owner owns them too I don’t know.

Increasing the PSR limits just increases the likelihood of more Forests spending to stay up.

Promoted clubs don’t look like consistently staying up though. The gap between the rest and the champ is massive. Whenever the rest get relegated they tend to come straight back up.
