London is one of the greatest cities in the world. It's not for everybody and that's fine. It's a small town mindset to get upset if someone doesn't like the city you are from.

Everton are a big club. Neville talking absolute tripe mind. "Everton way" ffs. In all my memory Everton has not been known for expansive football. Not ever. Martinez only and they hated him.
-
Been hearing he's been good since his move. We could've at least got more money for him.
-
Had Calvert-Lewin in my FF and paid close attention to him. Technically, I think the lad is poor right now.

Hard to say. Seriously weakened the squad in the summer. Complacency? Squad not as stacked. Ron also barely scoring. Barca's squad is hardly great, still got some areas of concern I'd still fancy Real over Barca in a CL tie or something. but Barca still great at beating other La Liga teams. At this rate I can't see either of them going to the CL semi's.

I'm not saying they should be this bad, but last season aside they have been quite inconsistent in La Liga for a few years. At least compared to what a top team should be anyway. In the last 6-7 it's taken 90+ points to win the league. The margin for error in La Liga is much lower than in other leagues. They've probably averaged 88 points in that period - hardly inconsistent. Barcelona (and that 1 time Atleti won it with 90 points) typically put up crazy numbers each season. This year Real are unlikely to get more than 85 points for the first time in a long time. This is something different entirely. They've not dropped this many points in the league for a long time.

Real officially in crisis. Not scoring many goals at all.

Keown would have surely said something about it? Why would he not? http://metro.co.uk/2017/08/31/arsene-wenger-snubbed-advice-from-arsenal-legend-martin-keown-during-coaching-stint-6893498/ He has. Keoen helped tighten the defence. He tried to gain more influence and Wenger eased him out the door. Keown still has tremendous respect for Arsene though.

Think he was better technically than some are giving Him credit for. Strong first touch. Able to play carpet football. Quick feet. Much better in tight spaces or playing short range passes than Sissoko for example. Technically sound. Nee Cabaye on the ball but it wouldn’t matter if he could run circles around him on a good day. If he knuckled down he could’ve been a better player. His attitude at the time has meant he’s not even liked by the club where he had all his career highlights. Only himself to blame.
-
Aye Paul Scholes he was not. But better at CM and wide than pretty much 90% of the midfielders we’ve had since. I would only have Cabaye over him. So rare to have a CM with sheer pace and dribbling skills. Catch a loose ball in midfield and we were off on the counter. A very dynamic side. We would run teams ragged. To the point a lot of teams would just sit back playing into Robert, Speed, Solano and Shearer strengths. It’s been a long time since we’ve been such an athletic team. The current team is shaping up to be extremely strong mind. The core is extremely powerful. Get som explosive attacking players and we’ll be in business.

The Managerial Merry Go Round™ - Keith Andrews appointed at Brentford

Paying for Souness is way worse than Palace paying for Pardew. Pardew left them how he found them + an FA Cup final. Souness ruined a competitive team. -

why would Carlo go to Everton? I guess Benitez came here. I reckon next summer Carlo will land a job in Milan or Paris. -

Nah Stoke want to play football. Rodgers is a more likely move. Don't see Hughes leaving unti closer to Christmas and they're in real danger though -
Aye. The fact Ryan Taylor tried to defend him for it was hilarious Ryan Taylor really enjoyed being a Newcastle United player.
