Nope. Has the occasional game as a good shot stopper but isn't top class by a long chalk. -

Janmaat was given offside receiving the pass from Sissoko. Didn't look offside but the flag went up then. -
It was him aye. Absolute vile thundercunt. Compared it to Costa's shenanigans with Koscielny Keys is a braindead fucktard. Wanted Anita sent off as well for the foul on Zabaleta Hates us with a passion, as he seemed to take so much joy when uttering the word "thumped" at the final whistle round-up. Zabeleta could have went for 2 footing Ayoze to be honest.

It looked a 4-4-2 all day long against Chelsea to me like. -

Just saw a sad looking Obertan walking past Barclays Bank on Percy Street when I was on my dinner break. -
He liked playing a sort of supporting role, iirc. Figure out a way to get Riv, Mitro and Perez out there at the same time and shit might happen. Nah he's not good enough to start. Think people are forgetting how bad he was I didn't think he was that bad. Bit of pace about him and did a lot of unselfish running etc. Never a goalscorer mind.

People still complain about Ozil not working hard enough tbf. It's absolute bollocks but that's the way the game has gone sadly. Ozil's problem is that he basically can't move after 60 minutes Ozil's problem is that he's shit and vastly over rated.

I'm not sure of the dates anymore, but when was it he fell out with the club over the Wonga sponsorship deal? 2013? He's been poor ever since. No coincidence. He was shite while we had virgin on our tops We had Virgin on our tops when he signed for us and was scoring for fun though.

I think Saturday may prove to be a false dawn and we'll get dicked big style. -
I thought Carroll had a very good touch and was good on the deck for us mind.

Fitness will come with games, he's been banned for 3 and got sent off so early against Arsenal you may as well say he's missed 4 games.

He's been beat by that type of free kick and run before hasn't he? Sure that happened last season . -
Might be an idea to have more than one player in each position. Bold I know. Costs too much money that man!!!
-
He didn't have a great game but I also think he'd been targeted as a threat as he was crowded out and well marshalled every time he got the ball. Gave away some silly free kicks and then sprinted off when subbed with the whole bench screaming at him to walk and waste time. dope.
-
I didn't see what happened to him as I was following play which was Obertan racing down the wing and getting tackled. Looked like he'd swallowed his tongue the way the 2 physios were lying flat on the floor and attending to him.
-
Mitrovic picked up a knock. fair enough if he was injured, if it qas just tiredness though we were going to have to defend a lot for last part of the game and would have much rather had a knackered mitro defending set pieces than perez. He'd been limping about for ages before he went down and was being stretched out by Ivanovic.
-
Brilliant, Haidara can do one for me based on that.

If you'd offered me a point at 1729 I'd have snapped your hand off. Disapointing we couldn't hold on but they were knocking on the door all 2nd half. Biggest thing for me was that we put on a performance and restored a bit of pride and played 4-4-2 for the most part as well. Mbabu had Pedro in his back pocket and Perez and Mitrovic in particular were outstanding and running on empty long before the end. -
He picked up a knock. Nothing serious but that's why he came off. He'd been crocked for ages before he went off, could hardly move. Got to remember he's effectively missed 4 games due to how early he went off against Arsenal so his match fitness will be a bit of an issue.
-
ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING TODAY. Gave us an outlet, a focul point and got kicked from pillar to post.
-
If we were really serious about progressing in the League Cup he should have played.
-
Praise where praise is due. You're only as good as your last game.

I don't even think defence is our issue any more. It's the 3 attacking midfielders and striker losing ball so much and creating fuck all meaning ball comes straight back and we are under pressure time and time again. Every time the back 4 or deep midfielder has ball there is no one trying to slot into space or taking their marker for a run to open up space. It's pedestrian i think this is right, little vurn is doing what's asked of him but he can't make the more attack-minded (!) players move into space like he does looking for passes it's alright saying he should pass forwards but unless he's under instructions to go long or direct then he's not going to do it, and rightly so when he hasn't got the ball is a different matter though obvs Pass and Move though. He passes and stays where he is.
