The yellow and green scarves were because Newton Heath originally played in those colours, like the away strip man Utd wore early 90's. Our original strip was the burgundy and blue striped one we wore as an away strip in 1995/96 so Blue and Burgundy scarves is an idea. Man United however jumped on the bandwagon and began selling those scarves in their club shop which defeated the object.

I think his tweets were because he already knew he was dropped to be honest. He's not the player we signed in 2008 but he's got more nous than some of the kids on the bench and also has that experience thing that Carver keeps banging on about.

What 2 Strikers?? We weren't even playing with 1 striker as the only decent one with have is suspended for spitting and the other non scoring one was on the bench and not used. Ayoze, Cabella and Armstrong are all attacking midfielders as far as I'm concerned, none are strikers.

Yip, he's an attacking midfielder not a centre forward and needs someone to play off and bring him into the game not be expected to do that himself.
