Not one bad game in these last 16. Basel and Porto are two good teams that with some luck in the draw might actually make it to a semi-final.
-
Luckily City is a team that can dip in form as well. Expect something similar to last year. Real gets an easy game as well v Schalke.
-
Chelsea v PSG Barcelona v City Jeesuuus.

Wouldn't necessarily say useless tbf, certainly not as good as last season, but at least they stick to try and win games and don't sit back. Martinez could probably do with being a bit more cautious and seeing games out. Nah, he sticks to his philosophy. I like that.

Thiago hasn't been the same guy since the World Cup. Don't know what has happened but I'm leaning more and more towards thinking PSG best defender is Marquinhos. If Silva keeps up this sort of form then I'll agree with that. Marquinhos always seems to do well when he plays, would certainly have started today with both Silva and Luiz having dreadful games. Not really sure why he got dropped today really. I've been really impressed with Marquinhos this season, he has made some strides, didn't think much of him before, but saw him live v Bastia in PSG home opener and he looked like a Thiago Silva couple months ago. So composed and didn't put a foot wrong. Can I ask why? He was class in Italy. Aye, probably should have clarified, I meant at PSG last season whenever he got a chance he didn't look like a real defender (although he scored a few goals and sure he's still young). I was thinking more and more that he was somehow a one season wonder for Roma. He has really hit form this season in so many ways and hasn't really put a foot wrong when I've seen him play.

Cabaye having one of those days for PSG. Has had about 10 challenges that should've ended in a yellow and got his first only now.

I think cunt if a fair description of anyone who rather have his team defending than attacking and scoring goals.
-
Sterling up top? Why does he insist on playing Allen or Lucas Leiva ffs. They're useless.
-
Who cares what happens next, if this is all true he can retire in peace ffs he will have done more than enough for the sport. Managers like Pardew and Bruce should be nowhere near a club.
-
If this is true he is my all time favourite player This 100x.
-
Seriously though, it's like the perfect time for a nap every weekend when we play.
-
Only watched first half as I fell asleep (yeah no shit what a surprise) and this is exactly how I remembered it. We have no idea how to play the ball forward, it's lets send it forward and or into the box from a cross and hope for a goal, it's never that well thought.
-
No Ney, No Partey for Barcelona.
-
That's just lazy from Huddlestone ffs.
-
Huddlestone sent off

Dortmund down 1-0 to Hertha. Their domestic season can't get worse can it.
-
He probably snaps at managers who play shit football and don't understand what it's really all about. He's a revolutionary that is misunderstood
-
He's still a pretty good footballer tbh. Always a different player to the rest on the pitch and that for me is enough to still want him here starting no matter what type of person he is outside. Players like him are few and he's been managed by some absolute shit managers as well (obviously he has himself to blame for a lot as well).

Atletico perhaps. 13.09.2014 Real Madrid 1-2 Atletico Madrid 22.08.2014 Atletico Madrid 1-0 Real Madrid 19.08.2014 Real Madrid 1-1 Atletico Madrid 24.05.2014 Real Madrid 4-1 Atletico Madrid 02.03.2014 Atletico Madrid 2-2 Real Madrid 28.09.2013 Real Madrid 0-1 Atletico Madrid Real only won one of last 6 games between them, arguably the most important, but still not a great record. Ronaldo's record is insane at the moment, makes you wonder how Messi scored 91 in a calendar year considering Ronaldo only has 61 this year (Messi has around 55 this year). I just think when it really matters they won't be able to win. League games fine, but important CL game? I just can't see it. But yeah, Atletico and Chelsea are two teams that can play a way that doesn't fit Real Madrid much.
-
They're in just exceptional form. I mean Barcelona is at the moment nowhere near the same level as Real Madrid. Suarez is yet to click with Neymar and Messi, but he's their only hope to be able to win the league and the sooner he clicks the better for them. Anyone think any other team apart from Bayern can beat them in the CL? Mourinho is probably the only one as he'd force Real Madrid to be the team controlling possession which isn't their way to play, but with Kroos and Modric I think they can do that excellently anyways.
-
Is that a record? Must be since he has the record for most in 8, 10, 12 games as well this season.
-
Their counter-attack is just so ridiculous. Really don't think there's a chance anyone except Bayern stands a chance in the CL this year.
