Let's smash these bastards. Well done Pardew for going with Benny. -
Trying to build some capital through low odds betting. Had £5 on Man U win returns £8 and £8 on over 1.5goals returning £11. Will be interesting to see how long this lasts.

-4 on De Gea so worth it. FML
-
Better than our other shirts
-
And people say Ribery is overrated Debuchy is class.
-
Fucking hell, he just couldn't be serious.

Feliz natal from Brazil. Hope you all have a good one. Still 23rd here, but getting into Christmas spirits already. Enjoy these days and lets hope for a win on boxing day.

Except only 1 out of his 5000 shots in a Newcastle shirt has gone in. At least Gerrard and Guarin seems to score around the 5% mark.

Yep. It's not necessarily that he's poor (he's not but when you're up against Aguero/Negredo and Suarez/Sturridge amongst your competitors...) but he is literally all they've got unless you count the Danish Shola. They can't mix it up at all. They should go for Ba. Also not good enough at that level. I maintain that we're his level. What does that even mean? The guy scored 13 goals in an utterly abysmal Newcastle team (by January). He would score for fun at Arsenal. Don't agree. Yes, we were poor, but we played with him as a focal point. It doesn't translate to goals at a higher level. Andy Johnson, Darren Bent, Yakubu are examples of players banging them in s*** teams. It happens and means nothing imo. That's a fair argument but Ba is clearly on another level to those players. I'd bite my fingers off to have him back here, I genuinely think he's one of the best strikers in the league. Don't know if I agree here. Yakubu and Bent have been excellent goalscorers in this league before for multiple years, Ba hasn't. Really don't see how he's clearly on another level.
-
Or that we should've been top of the league had we beaten Hull and West Ham at home and Sunderland away...
-
Thought it at firs too, but another angle didn't show it as penalty.
-
How is that not a yellow for Chelsea? Close to red that.
-
...or not. Seems like he's opted for the old 4-3-3.
-
Harsh as f*** dropping Schürrle, should have been kept in ahead of Willian Two different styles, Willian is Oscars replacement for today. I think we'll see Ramires on the right.
-
Rio is charging a fortune for hotels already. If anyone is looking for a much cheaper option but still possibly rather expensive contact me through PM for Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and I could try and help out.

He does have a nice shot on him tbf, maybe it might be a Gerrard-syndrome. Hit 20 then at least 1 will go in.

FM legend. 20 long shots Didn't impress me against Milan yesterday though. Seems like an above-average midfielder with an unbelievable shot, but I guess that's the price for those types of players nowadays. From what I've seen and read of him, he's very much a workhorse central midfielder. Not technically supreme, but he'll run for miles and create chances that way. Could call him a bit of a box-to-box, not sure he really is one, not sure if he fits better in a three man midfield or two-man midfield.

Hasn't had any business starting for a half a decade at least. I get the idea of throwing him in in the last few minutes when wanting to hoof the ball into the box or defend a lead, but he should never start a PL match again. It's as simple as that. -
Not sure Pardew turned him into this powerhouse of a winger tbf He's played as a winger before, what Pardew has done well is move him away from the attacking midfielder position he was playing in the spring where he was garbage for most part. I still see him more as a box-to-box type of player, but with him and Gouffran on each flanks we look tbf to Pardew balanced just the way he likes it. It's not entertaining, it never will be, but it's been effective.
