  1. I am with you on anyone who jumps ship because of residency such as Cacau & I think Miroslav Klose is the same. But people born in a country who have parents from two countries haway man. DO NOT WATCH ENGLAND CRICKET TEAM YOU COULD IMPLODE!! I didn't say anything about people who are born in a country with parents from a different country. Er... yes you did. Who's the Turk then? I thought he was born in Turkey, TheSpence told me he was born in Germany and I said he should play for Germany then:- Me: Germany.

DO NOT WATCH ENGLAND CRICKET TEAM YOU COULD IMPLODE!! I think you're making assumptions here, IMO if someone is born in England their English, also I'd never ever watch Cricket!
  3. Eh? They were all born in this country Germany. Did I say they shouldn't be allowed like? Do quote me saying that.. I just think its crazy to see Germany with so many players who either have one parent from Germany or who moved to Germany, its the kind of thing we used to see from the small countries, I might have quessed the PC police would rear their ugly heads Jermaine Defoe, Ashley Cole, Rio Ferdinand, Aaron Lennon, Emile Heskey, Shaun Wright Phillips, David James, Glen Johnson all have at least one parents who is not English. Force out the darkies! You racist bastard! All of them were born in this country and are English, the colour of their skin or even their parents isn't relivant to me.
  4. I hope they deserve to win it but get cheated out of it in the final
  5. At least we scored against them and made it 2:2 at one point is not for a cuntish decision, the Argies have been blown away.
  6. Eh? They were all born in this country Germany. Did I say they shouldn't be allowed like? I just think its strange to see Germany with so many players who either have one parent from Germany and weren't born their and one of them who actually has no German parents and only moved to Germany when he was 19!, its the kind of thing we used to see from the small Footballing countries. I might have quessed the PC police would rear their ugly heads
  7. Has nobody realised that Klose was offside. The ball moves slightly forward and Klose is ahead of the man passing the ball. Pretty hard for the ref to spot like but suprised no one's mentioned it.
  8. If England had had their German/Canadian defensive midfielder match fit, we might have still been in the tournament. Massive difference to some of the players playing for Germany & Owen. Owen could not play for Germany as he does not own German passport. He could play for 3 teams though: Canada (place of birth due to his dad playing football there), Enlgand (dad) & Wales (mother). He did play for the Welsh youth but never played for Team Canada. Fellas like Podolski have German blood in them so I don't see what the beef is about that. But the likes Cacau just f*** off man. Teasy wants to get rid of anyone with a Polish sounding name though. Don't forget horrible stinking Turks like Ozil, infesting Germany ever since he emigrated there from Gelsenkirchen. I don't want to get rid of anyone, just think its pretty silly when half their team are either half polish, half turkish or fully Brazilian. In fact I'd rather get rid of the remaining Germans.
  9. Tevez's pass was onside, Tevez was already offside in the first place though.
  10. If England had had their German/Canadian defensive midfielder match fit, we might have still been in the tournament. Our one player of questionable English heritige (still at least he has a English parent some of the Germany players had never met a German until a few years back..), doubt he would have made much of a difference for us. Still I think we should follow Germany and just go out and sign some foreigners.
  11. How many Poles, Turks and Brazilians are playing for the Germans tonight then?, or would it be easier to ask how many Germans are playing?
  12. IMO giving a goal for a last man handball on the line is unfeasable (with current technology), but I definitely agree that penalty + red card is too open to cheating.
  13. Nobody would be rewriting anything, IF and its a big IF they could make it work (and it could only ever come in if TV replays came in first) you just change the rule so that a last man handball on the line is a goal, its only a rule that the ball going over the line is a goal you know A red and a penalty isn't the correct punishement at all IMO, its clearly open to abuse. right, how can a referee decide that the player did it accidentally or instinctively! goals should never be given unless the ball goes past the goal line simple as! A ref doesn't need to worry about that when giving a penalty so why should he with this theoretical rule?
  14. Nobody would be rewriting anything, IF and its a big IF they could make it work (and it could only ever come in if TV replays came in first) you just change the rule so that a last man handball on the line is a goal, its only a rule that the ball going over the line is a goal you know A red and a penalty isn't the correct punishement at all IMO, its clearly open to abuse, unfortunately its probably the best we can come up with at the moment.
  15. That first sentence is really irrelivant, of course it takes something to go wrong on a big stage before a law or rule is questioned, that doesn't make the question any less valid. I'm not claiming it would be easy to inforce or even possible. I was arguing with the idea that the penalty and red card is adequate punishement for what happened in that game and the attitude of "he had his chance, if he misses tough" ect. I agree that currently without TV replays being used we have to put up with the current rules, I only disagree with the idea that they're fine as they are.
  16. Oh a penalty you say, yeah sorry you're right a pen is much worse then a certian goal.. As for a sending off, it only makes a difference earlier in the game, late in the game its 100% too a teams advantage to handle on the line if the ball would otherwise go in, they get a second chance with a keeper in the way to try to save the pen and the only punishement they get is that player missing the next match, meanwhile the opposition get no reward what so ever.
  17. Sorry but IMO that's The current rule only rewards cynical cheats IMO, which is a recurring story in Football these days, apparently that's the way you like it?
  18. Fucking hell! EDIT: Well that's bizarre chicago_shearer
  19. Definitely looking forward to it. Much more interested in playing big clubs again.
  20. There's also the possibility that we could have a deal lined up to recoup any money spent, therefore it wouldn't be pure outlay.
  21. There's little doubt any bid would be serious. Or can someone tell me the point of publicly playing down spending on players and then making fake bids to make it look like we will spend? (especially on players most fans have never heard of), that's schizophrenic behaviour. Or have I just identified Ashley's secret problem?
  22. Its sent some of them quite mad I'm afraid
  23. Why would Ashley tell everyone not to expect any money spent and then make fake bids for players to try to convince us that they are going to spend money? Some people on here need mental help
