Its not as if he has to turn up for training or have any involvement with NUFC anymore. He just has to go out and find a new club and once a tribunal sorts out compensation he can play poorly for them.

Remy has been pretty much 1 in 2 the entire time he's been in the Premier League, yet somehow Ba is the best goalscorer we've had since Shearer despite his record being the same as Remy's who is a far better all-round player as well? It makes absolutely no sense. They're very similar as far as their scoring record but I think Ba edged it purely in that department, that's just my opinion, not sure what the issue is with that.. As I said its so close that some will think Ba was the better goal scorer and some will think Remy, and either is fine. Neither opinion makes you from another planet Which was the point of my post.

£15m isn't ridiculous for that kind of player at all no, but nobody is going to pay that with his contract running out in 12 months time.

They both had extremely similar goal scoring records here as far as goals per game (Ba 29 in 54 and Remy 14 in 26). Only difference is Ba showed it over more games. Hardly outlandish for some people to think Ba was the better goal scorer like, no more than it would be to say Remy was.

Remy was the better player in most ways, Ba was just the better goal scorer IMO. I mean both were excellent goal scorers but I think Ba edged it. Just seemed to have this knack of getting the ball in the net, even if it wasn't pretty he'd find a way.

£10.7m is pretty much exactly €15m. Sounds like this is loosely based on that French article yesterday which mentioned €15m. The article actually never claimed we'd made a €15m bid though (they said Marseille claimed they paid €15m and that we had offered more) so this is likely confusion over the translation.

Most of them made up by QPR, the rest made up by the media. Likely not a single bid gone in yet from anyone.
