You don’t have to go as far as New York to show it up - have a deeks at any of the parks in London and you can easily show the town moor up for what it is; a field. In fact save yourself the congestion charge and stop in Watford. Cassiobury Park which adds so much to Watford as a town. There are a huge amount of tertiary improvements to be had on this, get some Saudi money hoyed at it and the city, not just the club, can benefit massively.
