Is it really impossible to believe that playing 4 games in 9 days is just not possible. It's not really a secret that there's a peak in injuries at the Premier league during this period because of the amount of games played in couple of days and right in the middle of the season. Why do you think all other leagues have a winter break? Add that to our injury list and maybe you have your answer why someone isnt played if he isnt 100% or even close to that.

Why would they be in for him then and not now if he can leave for free? Because they didn't expect NUFC to be so incredibly stupid as to consider leaving him on a free now? He might want to play attacking football but does he have any idea how to actually coach a team to play that way succesfully. It's not as simple as putting a more attacking formation on or giving the players a bit more license to attack.

Christ. Why can't we hire someone who has the skillset to build a system of play for the whole club all the way down to the kids and drill every player to their job on the field. What exactly makes Colo qualified to do this? It seems people think that the managers job is to just motivate the players and maybe tell them vaguely what part of the pitch they are playing at. It SHOULD be a bit more complicated than that in 2015 and actually requires studying and experience.
