  1. They have lots of fans. It's a no brainer sadly.

  3. Comment one from the bottom by: Interpillock474  The Flasher strikes again Ahahahaha
  4. Might be something of a blessing in disguise. Ample opportunity for him to prove himself unfit for the task of keeping the PL revenues rolling in. Or it could be a stay of execution if Ashley decides Carver can't achieve even the bare minimum of PL status, but then appoints someone else ghastly like Steve Bruce.
  5. Pretty sharp of them to buy out his 20m release clause in November. At the very least hopefully they rinse Citeh for their new third-choice striker and receive enough money to strengthen well.
  6. Makes me really want to watch whatever El Principe is - that shit must be good.
  7. Leaves behind a legacy of being the most electrifying athlete to grace a black and white top since the enigmatic Nicky Butt.
  8. Ketsbaia, shirley. He's a good poster but howay.
  9. Seems a little inconsequential with all due respect, unless the club also want him...

    John Carver

Can't see Carver getting it. Even harder sell than Pardew getting the job four years ago. He actually has no relevant credentials beyond having been shit at his job at this club since before time.
  11. What did he say? http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,96325.msg5365709.html#msg5365709 Jeez
  12. Delighted with this but the club's propagandist statement does not bode well for the future. Couldn't stand hating him for any longer so he had to go but their statement strongly points towards Pardew mk2 being appointed next. Again it makes no sense to me as getting a decent coach would be beneficial to all and let Carr's picks be flipped for better margins.

  15. That soon? Hope the SP.com gang bring the banners down for the away game.
  16. He'll feign being gentlemanly and dignified to begin with I think. "Enjoyed my time up there even though there were difficult moments and tough circumstances, proud of finishing fifth, winning manager of the year and leading NUFC to a European quarter-final but couldn't resist the chance to come home" or some such similar tosh.
  17. The stench of this guy will linger for ages(/ever). Just reading on the Beeb about the third round and they mention the 3-1 defeat vs Stevenage.
  18. Relax, it's a done deal.
