It's been quoted many, many times that this was the case. Educate one's self. I didnt personally suggest it did i, im not to bothered about what others have been quoted as thinking Eh? The reason he bought the club was to market his goods in the far east, using Newcastle as a marketing tool. SJH quoted as saying this when he sold his shares.

I thought his save from the bullet-header to his bottom right was top-drawer, to catch it as well. He made it seem so easy but many a keeper would have palmed that into danger and wouldn't have been blamed after making the initial stop.

I like to have this thread around so we don't get carried away

5 more wins to (probable) safety! yay!

That is a dreadfully written, repetitive, bland piece of 'journalism'. Seen far, far better by average Joe Blogger.

Those 4 will be a massive loss for them. A lot will depend on how will Rodwell plays for them.

I actually think his throws are comparable to Delap's?

I spy, with my little eye, something beginning with S. Hmm.. Stoke Defenders? Nope..

That's probably true, and we'll see what happens against The Manc teams and Chelski, but you can only play what's put in front of you. Is it our fault the fixtures came out how they did?? It's already been said, but it's because we've put quite a few down there. If we didn't win today, Stoke are top half. Which is where quite a few people say they very well could end up at the end of the season (more the quality of the league than their actual quality). They talk about challenges like we're classing ourselves as an add-on to make it a top 7. We've coped with what we considered our most important challenges, f*** them. /Not that this hasn't been said a million times on here already, like. I like that viewpoint, they're bottom half cause they played Newcastle

We obviously should have complained and asked for all the top ten from last season away from home first. Without a single home game until Boxing day, which would then be vs Man Utd. Too easy. City? Na we tend to draw vs them at home, we're hopeless against Utd

Thought he was quite clumsy at times, hope he can work on that though

35m TO LIVERPOOL IN JANAUARY U HEARD IT HERE

I remember last season we had that very problem though, we were a match for any of the top 4/6 but just couldn't get the results against the dross. It's going to be interesting to see this season if we're as competitive with the top teams as last season.
-
I wouldn't be too worried, remember we were a one man team until January last season?

The word 'ug' comes to mind for some reason

he does know what a w***** is, and said (pretty much) that he wouldn't have to explain to his audience what one is. the dutch pronunciation of w*****, on the other hand, is f***ing hilarious. de wenker. Sorry if I don't understand dutch Why you write then like you do know dutch? It was my attempted understanding of the commentary as someone who doesn't know Dutch I thought it was funny any way..
