How does the Premier League, FA, UEFA, FIFA punish the owners without rallying the fans of those clubs to their side? Neville, Carragher, etc. are makinfg the right sounds now, but if the hammer does come down that will change very quickly I expect.

I believe so. England is an extremely wealthy country. Opposition from fans in Germany, France, Netherlands, and the rest of Europe will help. You'd be targeting the advertisers and other promoters of this scam in your country.

Well that's true. But legacy fans need to keep the pressure on and make it clear to thses partners that their participation will hurt their bottom line.

Hadn't heard that. Where's that from?

Popped in at Red Cafe and Red White Kopp, to gauge their reaction. Makes sense that the big 6 pulled this crap with no fans in the stands. If these fans really care about their clubs and want to see off their American owners, nows the time.

Yeah she came across as a completely defeatist idiot tbh. Pretty much representative of the entire club staff. She saw right through those clowns. Could barely disguise her contempt. Her role in the series was comparable to that of Tim on The Office. Needed more shots of her "breaking the fourth wall"

Thought the same thing. When dangermouse is the voice of reason, it's really bad.

Thanks Mike! I am going to repost this video because it features one of the best defenders in the world talking about how Rafa is an incredible coach. The Rafa talk starts at 5:45. Who do you want to rebuild a club from the ground up? (Of course, we haven't a chance in hell of attracting the likes of Koulibaly. Don't believe it.) -
Marca say “No”. https://www.marca.com/en/football/international-football/2019/12/04/5de7830e22601d6e4b8b45f0.html Someone, maybe you?, keeps posting that Chinese law stipulates that he can just walk away. I’m dubious. Keep hoping that somebody back the idea up.

Preferred the anniversary prototype with newcastle coat of arms. The faded hoops don't work for me.

Rondon is a known quality. He has good relationships with Rafa, other players, and the fans. I don't know what kind of money we'll have to spend in the window. Maybe we'll have 'money to burn', maybe not. I do think that Rondon is a great value that will serve the club well as a target man, off the bench, in Cup games, whatever.

If Rafa came back, I'd be happy if he brought Rondon back with him; finish his career here.

We'll be able to close this thread; open a new one titled "Transfer Targets". Soon.

Koulibaly speaks at length about Rafa. Worth a view.

Monty magpie gets my vote.
