  1. Listening on the radio. I have hardly heard a Spurs player have possession of the ball. They sound really poor so far. Sunderland completely dominant.

  3. tbf Guthrie wasn't too bad when he came in and the mentalist might be fit.
  4. Half of their team is hurt. They can't field much more than this. Lennon, Palacios and Crouch all on the bench who'd normally start though. Arguably Bassong n all. Didn't know they had a few injured tbh thought he'd rested a few more, bet they're back for Tues though.
  5. Complete lack of respect to Sunderland like. Surely getting back in the Champions League next season makes more sense than a one off game v Milan to Spurs?
  6. Mackems 1-0. That man Gyan again. Fucking Gallas off changing his boots, what a 'tard.
  7. From the MOTD POV it was a fairly quiet game. Only a few chances of note unfortunately Enrique provided those with class long passes but we'll probably be on last.
  8. Would love him in our team. Aye me too. Why the fuck Arsenal didn't put a bid in January is beyond me like.
  9. Who do you reckon they're looking at? El Arabi?
  10. I love it when he goes forward because he drives us on and gives our play a massive lift. Rarely loses it either when he does go forward.
  11. Few suprises in the Spurs line up. Not full strength, would've prioritised this over the Milan game if I were Redknapp. Milan incidentally 2-0 up after 34.
  12. He did nowt man. Utter nonsense. That's a pisstake if you are being serious Towelie. Did he set up a single chance today? If he did, I can't remember it. His two shots were both pathetic. He was average and carried by Enrique, who had a fucking subliminal game. and yet Barton hit the first man with his corner 4 or 5 times which is far worse IMO. Fair enough, I thought Barton had a poor game by his standards this season. He still managed to set up Best, where he really should have done better, and the Colo corner was terrific as well. Fair do's, he got lucky with Colo corner like IMO. Yes it was worked on but Colo went beyond the call of duty being able to fashion a chance from it. Arrived at him waist high. That said I think with Barton, Enrique & Jonas today - a lot of balls went in near post area and only once (when Lovenkrands missed the ball from that curved Enrique ball) did the strikers get across their man to attack which is absolutely criminal. EDIT: massive quoting fail but you know what you said.

He was average and carried by Enrique, who had a f***ing subliminal game. f*** off. Nice one. There is no point reasoning with such drivel. What is drivel? Where was the end product today? I can very easily have forgotten it, but I can't remember a single good cross or pass. Then I suggest you may need to see an optician. Developing an understanding of the game might help as well. Point me to it then instead of just throwing out insults. He ran Salgado ragged man and put in a number of good balls into the box. He also held the ball well and worked well with Enrique to create space for himself and Jose to utilise. He also fluffed a shot and one or two crosses but that doesn't mean he had a poor game and had no end product, most players that play on the wing have low end product, that is the nature of crossing balls into the box. Some of his link-up play with Enrique to create space was delightful. I'm not the only one saying he had a decent game today. Was involved in a lovely move with Simpson and Tiote down the right n all.
  14. Second all of this. Brum are on a decent(ish) run at the moment and Williamson is going to need to play well against Zigic for us to take anything.
  15. MOM's in the stadium always go to the home team man. It's decided by the home sponsors who've paid to have their company featured with said home player.
  16. This but I'd fully understand why he'd leave and wouldn't begrudge him unlike with Carroll.

Would take a point on Tuesday. Birmingham are on a bit of a run at the moment and Zigic seems to have found his feet. Hope we dick them like. Absolutely despise Birmingham City.

Made a lush catch when he was warming up.

Got it spot on today but waiting far too long to make the subs, strikers were at least getting chances in the first, completely ineffectual in the second. Played some decent stuff but we should be celebrating a win the performance deserved like we got at WHU, Wigan and Everton.

  21. How come the Bay are so consistent in that cup? Do they not do it in the league or do they restrict themselves at playing at a regional less for finance reasons?
  22. Harper 7 Simpson 7 Coloccini 9 Williamson 8 Enrique 10 Barton 7 Tiote 8 (would be a 9 if not for his yellow) Nolan 7 Jonas 8 Lovenkrands 6 Best 6
  23. No suprise Eddie Howe has got Burnley winning again, reckon they'll come up. Be good for us too, fairly close and potentially a full stand for our fans.
