  1. Dropped Mbuemo for Gordon. Classic
  2. He also completely missed the ball over the top at one point and gave Solanke a really good chance which he should have scored
  3. Having my best season by a mile - currently around 3500th in the world. It seems to just be a case of matching everyone else's team to keep my position now though, so not as much fun as risk taking with a few differentials.
  4. Ultimately we still need to replace both Almiron and Murphy, so it makes sense to get one good player to do that, meaning we would have Willock, Barnes, Gordon and the new winger to cover the wide positions, plus either Murphy or a youngster as emergency backup.
  5. I took the hit of captaining Saka to make sure he did nothing against us today. You're all welcome.
  6. I think it's a lot to do with how weak our right hand side has been. Murphy and Miggy have got worse and Tonlai is still settling in
  7. His teams normally score goals though. We look shite at the back without offering much going forward
  8. Refels view was blocked TBF but the linesman should be flagging
  9. I don't mind it for offsides, but for penalties it is just useless. Wrong decisions either way so rarely get overturned
  10. First XI is disappointing but the options off the bench are pretty tasty
  11. If we can't fit his name into a song from Vlachodimos and Pliers I'm going to be disapointed
  12. I agree. The issue is that I can't see the majority of our fans being happy when we let them go, as per the Brighton model. Minteh is a case in point, and he hadn't even kicked a ball for us!
  13. The two you are using currently seemingly can't defend
  14. Perversely it's the sort of game ETH would have used WanBissaka in previously - he was limited but good defensively. It seemed odd to me that they wanted him gone
  15. I'd be interested to hear an example of someone who you can't tell is class by the way they play.
  16. Anyone watching the highlights on MOTD who then listened to the pundits going on about how Spurs should have won would have been mightily confused - all the good chances that were show were for us. Goes to show it's quality of possession and chances that makes the difference rather than just volume
  17. Ah, so the European teams get a home draw guaranteed. What a load of shit.
  18. Bet the forest physio is buzzing about the oasis reunion
