Peter Crouch was absolutely useless last night, we actually missed Heskey I don't rate Heskey but Capello has shown the virtue of picking the right players for the team he's putting out, and Heskey has to start in that position as it stands. Beckham did ok, but he literally couldn't have had an easier game. He sat in deep, never had any pressure on him and had two free wingers to aim at all game given how tight Andorra were playing. It was a game perfectly set up to spray the ball around and played exactly to his strenghs. He demonstrated he can still pass the ball very well but even against the likes of Belarus he'd find it a lot tougher.

It'll be tough to score a lot as a 2-0 loss would be a good result for them, hence they'll keep defending. We'll win without breaking much of a sweat and the Capello machine will continue to gain momentum. Even though I don't think we're much good I never feel like we're not going to win at the moment, we're ruthlessly efficient. Sounds to me like Sky/Virgin charged too much to transmit Setanta, as presumably a company that much smaller wouldn't have the ability to get itself on everyone's TV without piggybacking someone else's signal. If the other two charged the world for this then presumably it would leave Setanta needing an unrealistic number of subscribers.

Much better than most really. But it's a bit of a discredit to Kaka as on his day he's absolutely brilliant. Shame the last few seasons he hasn't really hit those heights he had previously.
