Footwear and a mobile are pretty much essential these days and they've always been in and around the same prices. Not that I wouldn't be spending £50 on a pair of trainers anyway, but cheap phones are generally shit and no where near as efficient as the more expensive phones. Football shirts have been increasing in price for years now, we definitely got them for about £35 from .co.uk not too long ago. I'm getting charged £12 delivery from our official website and I live in the UK. I never understand people comparing stuff like this to nights out btw. Nights out cost that much these days with pints being at least £3 and spirits being a lot more. Plus theres paying entrance money in to venues. Of course a night out isn't essential, but who doesn't go out to socialise with their mates with a few drinks?
