One would like to know in detail how he's doing, is he still just doing light running/jogging? Only stuff i've heard is Pardews comments that he's still some way off and might not even play until late april if at all. I wanna know more, and i want to know now. Would love to read a long interview with him about his rehab and how things are going, what is he up to during the days, what's his thoughts and so on. NOW god damnit!

Barton and Jonas wont fit in that formation as wide men, I can see Barton playing as one of the '2' only with alot more creative freedom. It also depends on the dynamics of the game but the wide men play as midfiled-cum-strikers when we are holding possession always looking to make runs in the channels between the full back and CD, as well as linking up with the lone striker, should realisitically be lookking t get 8-10 goals a season in that role. Jonas is to conventional a winger to be applied to that role, isnt a great finisher wich is a big problem. Remember him running the show against Sweden at Ullevi, he was man motm by miles, what a player he could have become in the right circumstances, his vision and passing was something out of this world at times.

we should attack them from the start not letting them have much of the ball, if we sit back too often and dont play our game we will loose. But i think we'll see a similar performance to the ones against Blackburn and Birmingham and win 2-1 with them scoring late on.
