A 10 would have meant every position sorted out imo. Like the weakest starting positions and the most important backup. Obviously not every spot in the squad. But a CB and RW. Having said that im more than happy with the window if we sign Hall. Amazing window but not a 10 which would have been flawless. I get your point/rating though which i kind of agree with.

It's a 9 then imo. Very very good window. A RCB or RW would have made it a 10. (assuming Hall deal goes through.

Imagine the overload Howe can get the team doing with Hall as the icing on the cake when attacking. Not just a LB that gives width but on that can dribble and play, come inside and overload from the central positions as well. Also being a very good passer and crosser off the ball. I'm excited and i really hope this one goes through. He can go wide with Barnes more inside the oppositions RB and RCb running through the channels.

Exciting times. We seem to be mopping up talent from everywhere, and not just for the sake of it, but also with a proper plan and strategy behind it. Can't wait to see "unknowns" plopping up from the academy into the senior squad. We'll save so much having players come up from below. The ones that don't have the potential to make the cut growing up will hopefully impress enough out on loan to still bring some coin in. It feels decent to be a Toon fan now compared to when the takeover "collapsed"

From the little I’ve seen of him I really like his passing and crosses on top decent pace and good technical ability. Looks a progressive passer. Really hope this happens. Seems mature for his age. Would be an exciting signing even if only 18. Chelsea fans seem very upset which is always a good indication of how highly rated a player is.

Hall would be a great signing. Much much rather him than Tierney. I like Tierney but he is injury prone.
