So, our net spend is around £0 right now? Which means that we should very easily be able to afford another 3 new players for around £30m in total. Then we can call it an impressive window, the penny has dropped for Ahsley and all that. We've only used the Cabaye and Debuchy money so far and still some people on the internet go on as if we're showing ambition...

A striker that can play centrally and as a wide forward would be perfect imo. Especially as it seems that HBA is being frozen out. We don't have anyone with quality who can play there except Cabella and HBA imo. Hoping that Riviere, Cissé and Facundo can deliver from a central position when needed.

I remember a game against Charlton away when him and Woodgate played together. Usually we always lost in London but that day they didn't even get a sniff on our goal. For Woody and Bramble it was just like a day at the office. Such a solid display, especially from these two. Not sure about the result but i think we won 2/3-0. Even then the game was a bit unlike us.

I still have some hope that Anakin Arfa the chosen one will rise again under a new master. I refuse to rule it out even if it's looking very very unlikely indeed. Just a hunch that Benny isn't done quite just yet. Hope, hope... I would rather see him run his contract out tbh.
