Anderson and Wood are their other two big players, will be watching Anderson with some interest today to see how much he's progressed. He's not done that much in other games against us.

Tbh if a new stadium is really the preferred choice, then it would suggest they are in it for the really long term. It would make their frustratingly slow decision making a bit more palatable IMO. I could live with it if I know they want the best of the best in all departments.

If he gets on the pitch today he needs to make an impact and make sure he doesn't give the ball away at the end of any runs up the pitch. He's getting less and less pitch time and it seems like Howe is losing trust.
-
If he's doing that it means he's basically telling his players just go out and play like you did under Nuno.
-
Not what I wanted to hear.

We will win. Not arsed about terminology like must or should win as a result.
-
Oh yes. Most definitely.

They can drop the points against teams from outside of Merseyside.
-
Only downside to that is it will give Chelsea a big confidence booster

PL teams are mentally defeated when it comes to Liverpool. They all lose their shooting boots when the chances are right there in front of them.
-
Garnacho causing Liverpool some rectum leaks in that first half.

Aye this is how they operate. They'll be using Isak's friendship to put ideas in Botman's head. Plus they'll probably offer £200k+ a week which we aren't in a position to do. We need to get him starting first choice regularly now ahead of Burn, and offer him a new contract asap. I'd also like to think any previous friendship Howe had with Hughes is firmly in the bin.

Not sure that's true either. Big Joe usually has good feet when he's in tight spaces, I think Elliott has thrived more in situations where there is less pressure on the ball at Forest and England.
-
Which is why he won't hang around for 4 years on crap wages to run his contract down to come back here.
-
I keep hearing this, but it's probably only wishful thinking from fans who believe his love for his club will override all other considerations. If he really does start tearing it up in the PL, then other big clubs will come in and start offering big wages. He's not going to sit on his Forest wages for four years just so he can come back here.

It's a real indictment of his lack of desire as a footballer if it's true. Seems like Arteta was right all along about him.
