I think Wissa and Ramsey's injuries have really dealt us a blow at the start of the season. They would have been key players given Wolt is still new to this league.
-
Yep, I was concerned in the first half hour, but he got stronger as the game went on. We need more quality on the ball throughout the team, and he looks like he could be part of the solution.
-
We look really solid defensively. I'm concerned about what we are producing going forward though, nothing much has clicked so far. Woltemade has looked decent, but we need more from the other forwards.
-
A point away from home is great if we are picking up wins regularly in the other games. We aren't.
-
Really poor on the day. Bournemouth's press really found his technique wanting, I thought along with Willock he was the one who struggled most.
-
He was better on the ball than Burn, he deserves the award more. At least we are defending well as a team.
-
He's not good enough, we've outgrown him.
-
They all can't head a ball for shit though.
-
I'd agree the rest weren't much better, but that's not saying much.
-
I was disappointed with our performance. I didn't think we looked any better than them, we showed that the squad still isn't that great.
-
Good first half. Looked a bit fed up with the poor support by the end.
-
I thought he was one of our better players tbh. Never looked rushed by Bournemouth like too many others out there.
-
So what is VAR actually there for?
-
That's a clear penalty.
-
In a game where Willock, Murphy and Hall have given the ball away a lot, that's not the worst thing. Murphy was worse than Willock for me.
-
Woltemade has probably been our best player under pressure on the ball. Murphy and Willock mostly been poor, and Hall looked rusty but improved towards the end of the half.
-
Our players struggling to maintain any possession when getting pressed.
-
Utter indecisive shite by Murphy.
-
Aye that is a surprise tbh.
-
The formation might actually help us against their press if we can get Tino and Hall joining the midfield regularly.
-
He has, but he can't be giving the ball away today after doing all the hard work to evade the press.
-
Will be interesting to see how we handle Bournemouth's intensity. We need to see plenty of composure and press resistance when we get the ball, Hall and Tino will be key at wing back.

What would have been the point in resting players against Barcelona then?
-
Is Joelinton injured then or being rested?
