  1. Based on what? Allardyce's work at Bolton pisses on anything Bruce has ever done as a manager.
  2. When did you get it into your head that Steve Bruce is Arsene fuckin' Wenger like? Not a bad appointment, but the man has never shown any indication that he's anything more than an above average Premeirship manager. Mid-table is as high as he'll take the Mackems, if there really is serious money to be invested then they really have missed the boat on this one tbh.

Aye, and it did the job. So what exactly is your fucking problem, you little cunt?
  4. The gobshite writing the second reply is just as bad tbh. "Lionel Andres Messi is the greatest talent football has seen since the real Ronaldo, Leo has the potential to be a football legend (Capello, Lippi,Loew,Diego,Cassano,Arshavin, etc)" "The fact is that currently there are at least 10 players who are years ahead of your diver: Leo, Kaka, Ribery,Van Persie,Iniesta,Xavi,Robben,Villa, Silva, Arshavin, Benzema, and many more."

Is he actually gay then or is this just another board in joke that I've somehow managed to miss?
  7. Eh? So you think that if this guy called Onyewu a "dirty monkey" then he shouldn't be punished for it?
  8. Bramble will always be a good defender to have if you're a mid-table Premiership club or lower. Take out the howlers and he's actually a top class CB, so you can live with the mistakes the guy makes as he compensates for them with quality general play that you wouldn't get from more steady, if less talented, types. But in a team who are hoping the challenge in the top third of the league, you simply can't afford a CB whose gonna cost you 5-10 points a season with ridiculous mis-kicks and mistakes, regardless of how good he may be in general play.
  9. Jelle Van Damme. Hard to prove I imagine, which is the problem. They should mike random players up from time to time tbh.
  10. Decent meltdown that. Was a pretty shite post from stupeedo though in fairness. I mean, it's clear that the guy went to a lot of effort with the OP, either say something constructive or leave the thread alone. It's not that hard.

    RIP sale thread.

The irony being that the three American owned Premiership teams have done pretty damn well for themselves since their respective takeovers.
  13. What a complete loser. Glad to see Owen put him in his place, gingers have no place between the sticks.

    Obafemi Martins

Good money for him. Don't think he'll ever improve much beyond his current level, he can't read the game at all and his first touch is absolutely woeful. If he were good at those things he'd be an absolutely brilliant striker, but he's not and I doubt he ever will be. Innate sort of qualities, and ones that the guy simply doesn't have at all. Will always be a handy sort of player for an upper mid-table club to have around, cos he'll get you a few goals, but I don't suspect we'll ever be seeing him doing great things in the Champions League, ruefully thinking "Man, he used to play for us."
  15. Ah I loves ya really ya little mincer.
  16. Of course he could. Make it happen so, I'm sick of the cunt.
  17. Could Dave actually be banned, theoretically?

  19. There's nowt crazier than a crazy African. Lads can take it to whole new levels over there. Shocking story though, what a complete prick that guy is.
  20. Fuckin hell, what a gobshite. There was the Arsenal fan who topped himself after the semi as well, wasn't there? Just a game lads.
  21. Question for Messi, btw, now that's he's a little less hostile. Would you trade last nights Barca win for a Newcastle win last Sunday? Be honest.
  22. I "chose" to support Newcastle because I live in a shitty little town in central Ireland. You lot are so lucky having a quality football club so close to you, jammy bastards.
  23. Would have agreed with you for most of the season, but he seemed to give up the ghost a bit in the last couple of months. With the position we were in, that wasn't exactly sound of him.
