  1. Ah, the ultimate plan has been set into motion. Debuchy's walking to Newcastle from Lille as we speak.
  2. I've never been to Old Trafford and since I live around the area now, I might as well head along...
  3. Think I may still go to this despite the price being an absolute joke.
  4. This lad is still very much in our plans imo. Though it is a bit weird how he hasn't been given a look in as yet... I assumed he was just injured but apparently not. Hope he makes the grade here, from what I've seen of him, he is a promising midfielder in the Cabaye mould.

    The England Thread

Completely forgot about this game. How did we play? 5-0 seems rather impressive.
  6. In terms of tickets, think I might chance it in the home end at Bordeaux. When I went to see Bordeaux-Galatasaray UEFA Cup game a few years ago, there were a fair few Galatasaray fans amongst the home fans...
  7. Clearly your performances during the Euro qualifiers were a contributing factor...

Maybe that's the revitalising agent the lad needs

Well, yeah... Imagine if he turns out to be decent...
  10. Enrique's going through the motions I see. Guess this is what happens when Rodgers tells you that Downing could start ahead you.
  11. Well last season, it was the middle of September when Ba started hitting top form. Hopefully that'll be the case for both Cissé and Ba this season!
  12. Hope Shawcross/Huth crocks him in training. Mind you though, cuntish player meets cuntish club. Match made in heaven really.
  13. Interesting. Timewise it's pretty tricky, I did two Easyjet flights Newcastle-Bristol-Bordeaux over the Summer as going through London means having to change airports. Plus trains in England are expensive! Edit: Trains in France are cheaper especially if booked in advance. TGV Paris-Bdx is three hours. This does seem to be the best option actually. Need to do some proper planning, a return to Bordeaux is long overdue
  14. Just had a look, you're right there. The alternative is AirFrance but that costs about £300 and that's a return ticket.
  15. Getting to Bordeaux is a bit of a task from Newcastle like. The easiest way is to get there is to: - Take a train to London - Then make your way to London Gatwick Airport - And finally take an easyJet flight to Bordeaux.
  16. 1-0 Ben Arfa rocket again (Think there could be a theme here).
  17. That was rather amusing aye The blatantness of it all
  18. Despite the possibility of a public humiliation, think I shall indeed head to this.
  19. Glen Johnson getting destroyed by Hansen/Dublin. Good.
