Good news this Won't have to count on Perch as being the primary cover for CB now (although it looks like he's being used as more of an anchorman these days ) Williamson and perhaps another CB to be signed in January will do me for CB cover (could even add Kadar to that list).

In any case, O'Neill seems to be the man who wants money to spend and he'll unlikely to get that at the mackems.
