I'm looking at the paintballing video on nufcTV and don't have a clue what he looks like.
It's the guy who says he's going for Steven Taylor.

Our goalkeeping coach btw.
Back to Ben Arfa, I reckon he'll have a blinder tonight. Blackburn aren't the best team out there so can definitely see the lad making a massive impact. Hopefully he'll play the full 90 minutes too.
I guess at the time, making that c*** captain was meant to give him a boost? Of course, it turned out to be a horrendous decision as subsequent managers also thought he was still captain material when he clearly was not.
I guess it is positive in a way. Won't hold my breath but is he finally learning/maturing and realising that he needs to work hard and actually give a fuck if he wants to stay here??
I really like the guy and I respect him a lot. I'd prefer it if he finished his career as a Newcastle United player especially after being at the club for such a long time and being one of our longest serving players. I also still see him as a decent enough number 2 for us. Blind loyalty from my part if you want.
But I suppose that from his point of view, he doesn't have long left in his career, so ending it on a high (ie. being number 1 at another club) is the best thing for him to do.
