Aye, they did nowt like. After the game a few of us were getting an escort back and the copper was asking who ripped out the seats.

Was a good performance, Ranger impressed me today, his flick on during the second half was superb.

Does he look fit? No Xisco jokes please! Seems near there like, will reserve my judgement for after the second half.

We've been all over them. Campbell looking solid. Decent game so far.
  5. what's that about? Taking 1800 tickets for old trafford, taking 1000 for Wolves when we could clearly have sold many more all just so they can save on administration costs if we happen to have any tickets left over. Wankers. Is that really the reason? Can't think of any other like, but it seems a bit mental. Surely we always sell the vast majority of our away tickets? Aye, at Old Trafford the club didn't buy the full allocation, around 1000 seats that cost 52 pounds (or thereabouts) were not took by the club, resulting in a smaller allocation.
  6. This is how it looked, a section was clearly left unsold. http://img839.imageshack.us/img839/7033/empty.png
  7. Pretty sure it's the only part of the ground that offers a student price bracket as well?
  8. Don't see the problem with the we don't care about Ashley chant, regardless of scoreline. The end block was half empty and the back rows around me (central of the LC) were very bare as well. The restrictions put on ticket sales in the LC were obvious for all to see today
  9. It's Italian, from Cavese. It's been adopted all over the world though, it's sang all over.

    season ticket

Fucking hell that's the second time you've posted that pic I'm stood right infront of them, pretty sure they were either Bolton fans or a stag do up for the weekend or whatever. Either way they weren't home fans. Also quite confused about the restricted view, unless it's the front row seats which are all cheaper because you have the little wall infront of you, which isn't too bad really. It depends what block you're in, some has cunts who sit at the front, which is beyond me really considering their view wouldn't be restricted by said wall if they stood up like the majority
  12. Just ask a mate with a ST to get you one. I'd say ask people on here but it seems a bit of a carry on for the sake of a home ticket Would be interesting to try and see them clamp down on standing though, they've sent in the bouncer stewards and got a f*** load of abuse, they've tried leaflets which nobody paid attention to, and then there's the fact it was the club who opened this section allowing for 3k people to stand - as if people in a singing section would want to be sat. Would be terrible PR for the club if people suddenly started getting bans for standing infront of a plastic seat.
  13. I have no doubt thats part of the reason, but if it was just about money why not apply the same strategy to the rest of the ground? I think its about being able to control what goes on in L7... with making people sit down being the obvious infringement of the ground regulations. Won't affect standing at all, they couldn't get a few hundred to sit in the Leazes so good luck with a few thousand in the corner. Obvious ploy to make money, if you ask me. So why not apply this rule to rest of the ground? It's a fair point and one I obviously couldn't really answer, but take into consideration how much cheaper the tickets are in the Leazes Corner in comparison to the rest of the ground, not to mention the availability of student prices (pretty sure they only apply to LC last time I checked). Either way I can't see how restricting sales to members/ST holders will make any difference as far as enforcing regulations etc, it's just restricting who can get a hold of tickets.

    Adopted teams

OFI Crete are my second team, naturally since I'm half Greek and was born on the island. They also play in black & white, and are the club we signed Nikos Papavasiliou from. Also attend the odd Heed game.

    Would you rather...

Don't think I could tolerate England winning the world cup, would result in a complete media wankfest, not to mention all the cunts that would hop on the bandwaggon. Newcastle every single time, no doubt about it.
