    Players in public

rooney, tevez and jo from man city/everton in san carlos manchester.
  2. His best form playing as centre-back was under Keegan though. So it sounds to me another case of him arse licking the management as he has done in the past. I wonder what excuses people will use for him now he's had "individual coaching" when he comes back to being horrific in the centre. They’ll probably just pick one the many excuses put forward to justify Collocini’s pathetic performances. ST is decent player with a good attitude. Based on what exactly? i dont think nayone can argue that he is decent. especially at rb. I can argue it and I will. It's always the same with Taylor fans, they can't actually name me what he's good at when he's playing at centre half. Anyways this topic has been derailed enough. comes down to an undividuals definiton of 'decent' i guess doesnt it. Still not mentioned what he's decent at. Ok I'll stop. you didnt ask that, you asked what he was good at. i'm not a particular taylor fan btw, just saying i think he's an average, decent player. especially at RB.

  5. saviola and bent according to the sunday sun.
  6. again, i echo ronaldo's comment. he should be captain, no doubt.
  7. if he was to go on a £50k pay as you play deal, i'd say we could afford him.
  8. That's fair enough, and that's also all he will be judged on ultimately. It's always nice to hear that positive progress is being made away from matchdays though. In theory that progress should translate into results. agreed. i eqaully dont thisk we can base shearers ability on this current rabble, for the last 5, tough games (pompey aside). he has walked into a very tough situation.
  9. I'd not considered the Old Firm tbh. to be fair, i doubt he has! if he wants any chance of getting back in the englad squad, he doesnt want to go near them, we're his best hope imo. if we oculd get him on a (much) cheaper contract, i wouldnt be adverse to him staying tbh
  10. make no mistake about it, we need shearer to stay on imo. all the noises that come out are hugley positive. he's the man for us, long term.

  12. wasnt there a piece in a paper recently, the times maybe, that mentioned this? something like dowie was taking people aside to work on their weeknesses, something that hadnt been done previously?
  13. the sad thing is, i dont. the place has been a joke, and a playground, for years.
  14. just been to support bolton against the mackems. worst game i have ever been to in my life, horrible, horrible place.
  15. oasis hate geordies because they got bottled in one of their earlier gigs here (at foundation i think, or whatever it was called back then). who gives a fuck what they yhink, yesterdays men. they remind me of keane, opening their gob to get attention because they are not what they were. fuck them.

    Joey Barton

get ready for pennant get ready for pennant
  17. Surely that starting XI would have enough to carve out some chances against Boro. I'd consider playing Taylor at RB though. you'd fucking think so.
  18. the away goal rule should be kept imo, but as already said, it should be two lots of 90, followed by pens.

aye, we need to build with what we have, slowly but surely. owen, barton, viduka, geremi, cacapa all pretty certain to be shown the door if we stay up imo, so whilst this will def free up some wages (and a shotload of them), it means we pretty much need 5 new players before we even start.
