Are you going out of your way to try and be awkward? The Cabaye substitution can't be taken on it's own, we made two substitutions which involved attacking players being replaced by defensive players. I couldn't care less what Cabaye has said because people reacted to what they saw and couldn't have known Cabaye was injured. What people knew and reacted to was negative changes which changed the game and took it away from us.

You've got every right to hold your own opinion, you've got absolutely no right to tell others how they should or shouldn't react to any given situation. Things happen which builds up frustration and people vent that frustration.
-
Again context, he's just taken off Marveaux for Perch and how was anybody in the crowd supposed to know why Cabaye had been taken off considering he was showing no signs of distress. Both substitutions were negative and both looked as if they were because we were trying to hold on to, firstly 3 points then a point. Both substitutions were for players who could attack being replaced with players who are more suited to defending and they weren't needed. Pardew could have swapped Marveaux or Cabaye for Ranger, Obertan or Sammy if he wanted us to go forward. Pardew had options even if he refuses to acknowledge that.

You would have been wrong even if you did go, at least you would have understood the context of watching the team throw 3 points down the drain, 3 points which were ours for the taking as we were crusing through the game. People were getting frustrated because they knew what the manager was doing and most knew what the expected outcome was going to be. Probably everybody except for you and Pardew, that is.

I'm not playing the super fan card as I've never seen myself or anybody else as being one so I hope I haven't come across that way. I just find it daft that somebody can try and tell others what they should or shouldn't do without knowing the full context. I didn't boo anybody or anything on Saturday but I fully understand those who did.
-
Not deliberately, but he threw it with his substitutions. I don’t think Pardew is daft enough to play those games with points which we’re desperate for.
-
No, somebody is suggesting that you're talking out of your arse as it's easy to sit in your nice warm living room rather than sitting in the freezing cold, having spent a lot of money on a season ticket only to see an idiot turn a win into a defeat.
-
I'll tell you what, why don't you try sitting in the freezing cold watching the manager throw the game, do that and I might take you seriously.

I hate the bastard as much as I hated Souness.

And the accompanying: "we've got Kenny Wharton, he's not from Argentina, he's from Cowgate, he's f***ing great!" Loved Mira, but he really was like the ball-greedy kid in the playground, would try take on everyone rather than make a simple pass. Kenny wasn't from Cowgate, he was from Blakelaw, I'm sure he lived in Roundhill Avenue.

I can still remember him running up behind Beasant and kicking him up the arse, I wonder what he thought when we signed Beasant? Gazza was teaching Mirandinha to speak English but he would only teach him swear words for everything.
-
Because I can't remember if it's 5 since I was born or 5 since I've been watching us, I would have to check it out.
-
I think I've seen 5 relegations, maybe 4, this is as much of a relegation as any other I've seen.
-
I didn't boo but I'm glad others did because if they hadn't the shit substitutions would have been glossed over. The reaction to the changes was timely, understandable and necessary. Even now, he only says that he probably got the Marveaux substitution wrong and he implies that if he did get it wrong, it was only because Cabaye had to come off which is bull shit.
-
You're right if you only look over the last 6 league games, look at the last 6 home and away and we're the worst.
-
It's the only way I can see us staying up, the players need the lift that they would get from a new manager coming in who wasn't negative like Pardew is.
-
I had to give the window lickers that still support Pardew something to cling on to.
-
I'm sure Allardyce was sacked when one fan was seen on tele telling him he didn't know what he was doing, today thousands told Pardew the same thing. I live in hope.
-
Aye but he's had plenty of time since then to make up an excuse.
-
Great spot Al. The bit I've bolded is shit isn't it? I'm not sure that he's been in a relegation fight at any club and turned it around.
-
Do you sit in front of Pardew?
-
I heard a few singing against him when others sang for him. A few people followed "Alan Pardews black and white army" with "We hate Pardew" instead of Sunderland.
