I never said you were, I was. ok then you truculent sod, ferguson was poor, looks very short on confidence, put in one decent cross and hampered santon today, at least sammi gave a bit movement and tried to create space. ferguson was very one dimensional, never came inside even when space was there. don't want to be too harsh on a youngster with talent and i know jonas has been poor but between the two their is no choice.

Ferguson was right in front of me in the first half and had a good go although not everything came off, Sammy did very little at all in that time.

For all we weren't doing too badly, it was mainly down to Krul at one end and Ben Arfa at the other.

It looked as if Krul was the busier keeper of the two, if they could shoot we could have been well beaten by half time. Krul dropped a massive bollock for the first goal, I still think he kept us in it before and after that.

I was baffled by our first two changes for different reasons.

I was against signing him when we had other areas of the pitch that were crying out for upgrades. Having said that, I think he will become a very good player for us if used in the right formation as he does look like a tidy player.

He did and his substitution was a waste. We removed one player and brought another on, then we moved another 2 players to try and make the move work.

He should have started in a midfield 3 along with Tiote and Anita, if Ferguson had to come off at half time it should have been for Marveaux.

I've just read the full club statement and they do seem canny pissed off so they might be in the right, I hope so, not that it will change what happened.
