I wouldn't be surprised if the club put a lot more stewards in level 7 corner after the mackem game to stop the kids moving into that area. They are moving from the family area into the corner when they haven't got tickets to sit there.

How long will it take him to realise that Guthrie isn't a winger? Most of the fans realised that he wasn't good enough in that position early last season.

Jonas and Enrique suffered in the first half, everythime they looked up they were struggling to see anybody in space and ended messing about passing backwards and forwards to each other.

I don't think that two can do it, as I've said somewhere else Shola is better coming off the bench. If Shola played for 90 minutes the way he did when he came on yesterday then I'd agree, he doesn't.
-
That doesn't make sense, going down cost him more than it would have done to keep us up and I think/hope he'll know that now.

I can't wait for "Sports Direct@Durham Prison."

Is that regarding the information in a pm?

I'm not sure how you would get banned if you added allegedly.

Hughton reminds me of a dodgem car at the minute, he just keeps going around in circles and bumping into things.
-
He wasn't average when compared to those around him and that's what I'll judge him on. I think he was brought down by his team mates as he was having too much to do throughout the game. While others went missing he just got on with his game and tried to cover for others who did nothing.
-
Probably not, he didn't notice him while he was here, especially last season before we brought Routledge in.
-
We also need to ship out Best, Xisco and Lovenkrands.
-
I didn't say he didn't deserve to be dropped, I said he shouldn't have been dropped and he shouldn't be until we can replace him with better rather than a midfielder who can't play his position.
-
Routledge shouldn't have been dropped yesterday as he gives us width and even if his crossing is poor he adds a threat to our right side and gives us balance, he's even somebody to get in the way when the opposition try to come down our right side. Jonas and Routledge should both play every game when they are fit unless we bring better players in. We were and always are too easy to defend against when we don't have two wingers as we narrow our game and it was seen yesterday when Jonas and Enrique were struggling to find space because they were crowded out. If we'd had a winger on the left the whole of the Wigan defence would have had to spread themselves further across the field and would have left spaces in both the middle and on the left which they only had to do for the last few minutes when we made the changes. Once we had made the changes the game opened up and we could and should have done that from the start.
-
He was our best midfielder by a mile yesterday and it's interesting that Keegan was the one who noticed him.
-
Lovenkrands didn't score for us last season until the end of November then ended up with 16, I'm not writing him off after 1 game.
-
He's a scouser and they are always caught in possession.
-
Why a 6 for Coloccini?

Geoff Pike, West Ham.

Perch couldn't knock Williamson out of the way without going away from where the ball was heading. Williamson bumped into Perch so I can't see how he could have expected that, look at it again.
-
I read the poll as being a vote of confidence so couldn't go either way as I don't feel strongly enough at this point one way or the other.

It wasn't his fault but Krull flapped at loads today, his kicking was a lot worse than what Haprper gets slagged off for.
